I've always loved Armin ever since season one of the anime, but I kept seeing so many people hate him for being a "coward". It's like they forget that for most of the anime's story, Armin is around fifften-sixteen years old, aka, still just a kid. It is perfectly reasonable for him to be scared when thrust into life or death situations, especially when it's unexpected like in the trost arc. How would *you* react in that type of situation? If it was *me*, I would be absolutely petrified and wouldn't be able to do anything. But Armin, despite being scared, still always did his best to help out his friends. He may not be the most skilled with combat, but his intelligence is an amazing weapon and goes so much further in the long run than just being able to kill things. And for that, I believe he doesn't deserve the hate I've seen him recieve. If anything, he deserves respect for his dedication and the amazing development he goes through in the story.

I don't hate arming because he was a chicken at one point I hate him because he kept preaching to eren you have to become a devil to fight devils. And armin was becoming a top tier charter until he ate Berthold, and then armin regressed.

Ever since Armin first broke through to Eren and got him to carry the boulder, I knew Armin would be the one to save them all.
Armin is not weak and timid. He is compassionate and sensitive to other's feeling. He cares about others too much to the point it becomes his weakness. He cares about both his and enemies' sides. He has the compassion which the world's lack.
Armin is a bloody genius and super kind Character. I love this one bro, stunning work as always !

Amazing edit man. He’s probably number 6/7 on my list of AoT characters but I really feel like Armin has been the MVP of the series throughout the story. He’s saved his friends countless times and I’ve got no doubt he’ll be instrumental in the end of the story (manga 👀)

it's been a while and aot doesn't seem as involving anymore as it used to. So I came back here to remember why i loved this show once. It might only be me but i think they nerfed this character after season 3. but nevertheless he will always be on my top fav characters of all time. (No levi no eren.)
