    READY POSTURE: Closed Stance Position D
    1. Move the left foot to B and form a sitting stance to D, while horizontally extending both elbows to the sides.
    2. While maintaining the sitting stance to D, slide to A, while the left fist performs an angle punch to C.
    3. While maintaining the sitting stance to D, slide to B, while the right fist performs an angle punch to C. In a fast motion, execute 2 and 3.
    4. Stand up to D, while the right palm performs a middle hooking block to D.
    5. Form a sitting stance to D, while the left fist performs a middle punch to D. In a continuous motion, execute 4 and 5.
    6. Stand up to D, while the left palm performs a middle hooking block to D.
    7. Form a sitting stance to D, while the right fist performs a middle punch to D. In a continuous motion, execute 6 and 7.
    8. Move the left foot to BD and form a left walking stance to BD, while the left outer forearm performs a high side block to BD.
    9. Maintain the left walking stance to BD, while the right inner forearm performs a circular block to AD.
    10. Form a sitting stance to AD, while the left palm performs a scooping block.
    11. Maintain the sitting stance to AD, while the right fist performs a middle punch to AD. In a continuous motion, perform 10 and 11.
    12. Move the left foot to the right foot, move the right foot to AD and form a right walking stance to AD, while the right outer forearm performs a high side block to AD.
    13. Maintain the right walking stance to AD, while the left inner forearm performs a circular block to BD.
    14. Form a sitting stance to BD, while the right palm performs a scooping block.
    15. Maintain the sitting stance to BD, while the left fist performs a middle punch to BD. In a continuous motion, execute 14 and 15.
    16. Form a left walking stance to BC, while the right palm performs a high hooking block to B.
    17. Form a sitting stance to BD, while the left fist performs a middle punch to BD.
    18. Form a right walking stance to AD, while the left palm performs a high hooking block to BD.
    19. Form a sitting stance to BD, while the right fist performs a middle punch to BD. In a continuous motion, execute 16, 17, 18 and 19.
    20. Move the right foot to C and form a left walking stance to D, while an X-fist performs a pressing block.
    21. Maintain the left walking stance to D, while an X-knife-hand performs a rising block. In a continuous motion, execute 20 and 21.
    22. Maintain the left walking stance to D, slip the left palm up to the right elbow joint, while the right fist performs a middle punch to D.
    23. Maintain the position of the hands as in 22, while the right foot performs a low front snap kick to D.
    24. Lower the right foot to D and form a right walking stance to D, while the left fist performs a middle punch to D.
    25. Maintain the right walking stance to D, while an X-fist performs a pressing block.
    26. Maintain the right walking stance to D, while an X-knife-hand performs a rising block. In a continuous motion, perform 25 and 26.
    27. Maintain the right walking stance to D, slip the right palm up to the left elbow joint, while the left fist performs a middle punch to D.
    28. Maintain the position of the hands as in 27, while the left foot performs a low front snap kick to D.
    29. Lower the left foot to D and form a left walking stance to D, while the right fist performs a middle punch to D.
    30. Move the right foot to D and form a left L-stance to D, while a knife-hand performs a middle guarding block to D.
    31. Move the left foot to D and form a right L-stance to D, while a knife-hand performs a middle guarding block to D.
    32. Move the left foot to C and form a left L-stance to D, while a knife-hand performs a middle guarding block to D.
    33. Move the right foot to C and form a right L-stance to D, while a knife-hand performs a middle guarding block to D.
    34. Move the right foot to D and form a right walking stance to D, while a right double forearm performs a high block to D.
    35. Maintain the right walking stance to D, keep the right forearm as in 34, while the left forearm performs a low block to D. In a fast motion, execute 34 and 35.
    36. Move the left foot to D and form a left walking stance to D, while a left double forearm performs a high block to D.
    37. Maintain the left walking stance to D, keep the left forearm as in 36, while the right forearm performs a low block to D. In a fast motion, execute 36 and 37.
    38. Move the right foot to D and form a right walking stance to D, while the right fist performs a middle punch to D.
    39. Move the left foot on line CD, turn counter-clockwise and form a right L-stance to C, while the left reverse knife-hand performs a high block to C.

    40. Move the right foot to the left foot and form a close ready stance C to C.
    41. In a stamping motion move the right foot to CF and form a right walking stance to CF, while a twin fist performs an upset punch to CF.
    42. Move the right foot to the left foot, then in a stamping motion move the left foot to CE and form a left walking stance to CE, while a twin fist performs an upset punch to CE.
    43. Move the left foot to the right foot, then move the right foot to F and form a left L-stance to F, while the right inner forearm performs a middle block to F.
    44. Maintain the left L-stance to F, while the left fist performs a middle punch to F.
    45. Move the left foot to the right foot and form a close stance to C, while the right fist performs an angle punch. In a slow motion, execute this step.
    46. Move the left foot to E and form a right L-stance to E, while the left inner forearm performs a middle block to E.
    47. Maintain the right L-stance to E, while the right fist performs a middle punch to E.
    48. Move the right foot to the left foot and form a close stance to C, while the left fist performs an angle punch. In a slow motion, execute this step.

    50. Move the left foot to the right foot, move the right foot to E and form a right fixed stance to E, while performing a U-shape punch to E.
    51. In a stamping motion, move the right foot on line CD and form a sitting stance to E, while the right back fist performs a front strike to E.
    52. Keep the left hand as in 51, with the right foot perform a waving kick to D, lower the foot and form a sitting stance to E, while the right outer forearm performs a high outward block to C.
    53. Keep the left hand as in 52, with the left foot perform a waving kick to C, lower the foot and form a sitting stance to E, while the right outer forearm performs a high outward block to D.
    54. Maintain the sitting stance to E, while the right back hand performs a horizontal strike to C.
    55. With the left foot perform a middle crescent kick to the right palm.
    56. With the left foot perform a middle side piercing kick to C, while pulling both fists in the opposite direction. In a consecutive kick, execute 55 and 56.
    57. Lower the left foot to C and form a sitting stance to B, while the left back hand performs a horizontal strike to C.
    58. With the right foot perform a middle crescent kick to the left palm.
    59. With the right foot perform a middle side piercing kick to C, while pulling both fists in the opposite direction. In a consecutive kick, execute 58 and 59.
    60. Lower the right foot to C and form a sitting stance to A, while performing a right 9-shape block.
    61. Maintain the sitting stance to A, while changing the position of the hands.
    62. Move the left foot to C, turn clockwise and form a sitting stance to B, while performing a right 9-shape block.
    63. Maintain the sitting stance to B, while changing the position of the hands.
    64. Pull the left foot and form a left vertical stance to D, while the right side fist performs a downward strike to D.
    65. Move the right foot to A and form a left walking stance to B, while a twin fist performs a high vertical punch to B.
    66. Move the right foot to B, turn counter-clockwise and form a left walking stance to A, while a twin fist performs a high vertical punch to A.
    67. Move the right foot to the left foot, move the left foot to BD and form a right L-stance to BD, while a knife-hand performs a middle guarding block to BD.
    68. Move the left foot to the right foot, move the right foot to AD and form a left L-stance to AD, while a knife-hand performs a middle guarding block to AD.

    Nice pattern, nice power, stances.
    I didn't like some of the breathing sequences, which makes them incorrect. (slow, continuous, natural motions)
    The rest, the pattern is very well done.
