Glad you enjoyed the video. This stretch was definitely mostly flat. There were some larger rapids, particularly Joe Hutch and Wire Fence but the plastic mounting piece for the GoPro broke so we weren't able to film going through them.
It depends greatly on the water level. The water level is not controlled. Class I's can either wash out or suddenly be solid Class II's At very low water levels it shifts from wave trains to dodging rocks. Some Class III's become pussy cats and others brutal. Mostly it is a river of II's , III's,, and a few VI's. It IS a great trip,, my complete recommendations.. And if you already can row,,, great canyon to bring wives and kids. If you have never rowed,, but have at least a good teacher/trip leader,,, the near perfect place to get wet.
Very cool stuff. I'm jealous 😂 I stuck in this heat building everyday. 🤣 It's looking like to me I should be done enough to hit the road in a month or so. I'm getting close do close.
