Back in the day in México as children, I was about 9 years old and then my two younger brothers, our neighboors threw poisoned food over our wall, killing one of our dogs. My mother couldn't stop my dad, a hardworking noble honest law abiding man...Who they didn't know was a bodyguard for a governor once and was carrying a gun...We didn't want any of that, but they paid for it, and what they went through via the rest of our neighboors was unbearable to them, living in a hurry to never be seen again...Fortunately We never had another situation like that ever again...But it is not like here in The USA. Also be careful dear, I had a friend who was truly offended by someone years ago witnesses and all at holiday reunion, guy ofending a wife truly badly, due to innocent kids interaction...so my friend when on media, the guy lost his job, bug my friend he was the one being acused of "defamation of character"!!! He had to put it down, not one came to his defense , I just testified as to his good character in support, because I wasn't there during the incident neither I knew any of the other people, needless to say many relathionships were broken as a result...Eventually we got him exonerated some divided people did understand in the end but...It was traumatizing for the kids...Turns out the guy had some kind of trauma and refused treatment for years...but that was it, wife let him...only then he attended, more did cascaded over him and had to move to who knows were.
