    It's a common cuisine in yōshoku(western food) restaurants, beef over rice.
    The traditional recipe to cook the beef over rice is very complicated, so I am going to teach you a simple one.
    Everyone could make it at home easily!

    Simplified stewed beef rice with red wine
    [for two people]
    Sliced beef-250g
    Salt & Black pepper-some
    Onion-1/2
    Garlic-2 cloves
    Shimeji-100g
    Enoki-50g
    Butter/cream-1tablespoon(tbsp)
    Red wine-100cc
    Cherry tomatoes-350g
    Brown sugar-2 tablespoons
    Ketchup-2~3 tablespoons
    Steamed rice-2 bowls
    Chopped parsley-a little
