Stewed beef rice with red wine

Have you heard about ハヤシライス?
It's a common cuisine in yōshoku(western food) restaurants, beef over rice.
The traditional recipe to cook the beef over rice is very complicated, so I am going to teach you a simple one.
Everyone could make it at home easily!

Simplified stewed beef rice with red wine
[for two people]
Sliced beef-250g
Salt & Black pepper-some
Onion－1/2
Garlic－2 cloves
Shimeji－100g
Enoki-50g
Butter/cream－1tablespoon(tbsp)
Red wine－100cc
Cherry tomatoes-350g
Brown sugar-2 tablespoons
Ketchup-2～3 tablespoons
Steamed rice-2 bowls
Chopped parsley-a little
