I have never tried a smash burger,as I like my beef burgers medium,nice and pink,and juicy,I also like cheese,and onions,but I like a bit of ketchup on there too,not a lot.I think a 6oz (171g) burger,made of 80/20 beef is perfect.😊

I used to love the crispy pancakes, especially the chicken & bacon ones. Im definitely going to give these a go, they look quite easy. And with the golden breadcrumbs, youve git them off to a tee, well done you. Look out findus!!,😊 the toffee apple dessery looked nice as well, i love apples, cream & toffee sauce , nit that keen on meringue , but as they are small nests i think i could manage 1. Really nice meals.

Regarding the Nandos - I prefer the Bag and Bake (lemon and herb) I don't like too much spice either. Never go to Nandos though, it's such a rip off when you can do it at home and there are many nicer restaurants out there x
