With aisle after aisle of merchandise on huge pallets stacked nearly to the ceiling, and a business center to make this the most supersized Costco and what the company hopes is a destination for those who need warehouse-size orders.
The first-of-its-kind, hybrid business center-consumer warehouse now measures a whopping 235,000 square feet. Put in perspective, it would take just over 800 steps to travel the estimated one-third of a mile to walk the perimeter loop of the entire store - burning about 32 calories.
The new space includes 2,700 additional items, including enormous pallets of soft drinks, nonperishables, as well as freezers with whole lambs and whole roasting pigs. Also, there are three coolers, each measuring 3,000 square feet, with everything from eggs to produce to meats and several varieties of cheese.

Thanks for the tour of the largest Costco. I love Costco, have shopped there for many many years. I really enjoyed your tour. WOW!!! Coralville, Iowa is a huge store, one of a kind Costco. It has a parking garage that holds like 170 cars, I could be way off on that figure, been a couple years since I’ve been there. You drive inside, park your car and walk down to the store. Also has the tire shop inside by the store. You are out of the rain, snow, weather, etc. I shop there every year when I go to visit family. Wonderful store, Coralville, is by Iowa City, Iowa. The gas station is at the end of the store on the outside. I love to go shopping there.
I'm low-key looking for myself and/or my husband in this video, because we go to this Costco all the time! Every time your husband comes into frame, I think it's MY husband because of his plaid shirt! Too funny!

I work at a Costco in NJ & we just got the chili in our Food Court a couple months ago. We also got the whole lambs this year. That place is gigantic; I can't imagine sweeping or packing carts there! XD

Costco Japan in Tokyo is actually a bit bigger. Its sort of a like a mini shopping mall with 2 floors. 1 floor is where all the food, bakery, meat, etc. located, the second floor is all the appliance, furniture, electronics. It also sells giant package of japanese snacks which is not typical since japanese snack packaging are generally in small packets.
+Aoru That's weird! Wikipedia says SLC is the largest. BUT, I lived in Japan! In Saitama and Niigata. I never got to visit a Costco. Nihongo wa amari hanaseimasen ;) I just watched a tour of a Japanese costco. It looks awesome. I'd buy a big box of pocky! Lol

whole animals!! Not in SF. I love that large Fridge! My Costco, here in San Francisco, Started selling PRIME BEEF. NY's Filets, Tri Tip, ETC. It's VERY GOOD. The Packaging it comes in is Blue, vs white. Prime, Choice, Select, and Canner.. Canner is the beef that makes it into cans of Chili for Example. Yep! Twice as big as the ones in SF! I also have 3, yep 3 within a 20 minute drive from my house. No sides of brief though..

I don `t have a Costco but I do go to Sams Club. At Sams Club I usually just get energy drinks, dog treats, kind bars, tea, water and diet coke. I get my food and other stuff at Walmart because if you try to get everything at Sams Club you would be spending $1000 or more.

Im AMAZED at how much you pay for New Zealand lamb!!! 3.29/lb WOW... We pay double that for lamb (On special this week chops are $7.99USD /lb or $10.99NZD/kg) In fact lamb here is usually a special occasion kind of food because of the cost.

The only thing I buy at costco is the organic strawberries , organic spinach , organic milk , Magnesium citrite for my heart health the rest is frozen junk food toxic that will plug up your arteries ! and most of the fruit is low quality . The big pharma , heart surgeons will never go out of business as long as they have Costco ! lol !! They only have a few thing worth buying for people who are health freaks like me .
