ShartimusPrime Biography:
Inspired by watching boring Transformers action figure reviews, the ShartimusPrime youtube channel was launched in 2008. Engaging the audience with an edgy sense of humor for adult collectors, action figure collecting has never been this fun, and videos are posted daily! Unexpectedly, the channel became more popular for Marvel Legends reviews and Spider-Man, Avengers, and X-Men collection display videos. After a few years, the channel has branched out to review other figure properties aside from Marvel Legends and G1 Transformers Masterpiece. Hot Toys, Star Wars, Diamond Select Toys, DC Collectibles, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Dragon Ball Z, Attack on Titan, Godzilla, Evil Dead, and The Walking Dead toy lines have all been added to the roster of nearly 2,000 video reviews. Japanese import figures from SH Figuarts, Bandai, Figma, Square Enix, and Medicom MAFEX have been favorites as well. More recently, Kotobukiya Statues (including the very sexy Bishoujo line) and NECA Toys have become more prevalent on the channel. Being a big fan of movies such as Spider-Man, Batman, X-Men, Iron Man, Captain America, The Avengers, Evil Dead, Pacific Rim, Aliens, and other films has lead the channel in the direction of also reviewing movies, movie trailers, blu ray releases, and tv shows. News updates for 2016 releases and beyond are also posted. Audience engagement is a big part of this channel, with giveaways and fan mail being read publicly once a week in the PO Box Pick-Up videos. Impressive “Shart-Art” is shared via social media and included in the opening theme song. The audience is also kept up to date with any changes to the channel, along with recent comic book pick-ups, unboxings, and action figure hauls. Stop-motion segments punishing the popular meme of the Big Time Let Down Spider-Man close most of the comparison segments, and are compiled together for guaranteed access to patrons. Lastly, all figure reviews close with a slideshow featuring dynamic poses of the figure inspired by ACBA, with the added bonus of music performed and recorded by ShartimusPrime himself.

As a major Emma Frost fan I absolutely love that she’s getting so much attention recently and has gotten the figures she has as of late & hope they don’t stop. I hope they come out with a diamond version at some point as well as her Phoenix form too because it’s such an iconic look at this point.
100000% same.. i will punch every person in my way to get that Phoenix Force figure. Emma is SO underrated so its great to see a fellow fan.

Heads Up: The Black Queen Ball Joint neck breaks when you try to pop off the Jean Grey head and put Selene's Head on. Just be aware of it.

X133 = X-Men #133 which is the the issue of the Dark Phoenix Saga where Jean is part of Hellfire Club
The Selene head sculpt looks really good, but it's bugging me that I think it's the Shiklah head sculpt just repainted with a different hair style lol
133 refers to Uncanny X-Men 133 where wolverine fought the guards

It's something like 33 years later and I'm still annoyed at Wolverine for stabbing Rachel when she was trying to kill Selene. "X-Men don't kill!" Wolverine tells her before popping his claws into her.

I ended up going for the Heroes of Endor set over Hellfire Club. That Classic Emma is very nice, I hope for a Retro-carded reissue later on, but I'd prefer a shirtless fighting-style Shaw and a Reavers-style Pierce.
I don't think they missed painting the top part purple on Magneto's helmet, that seems like a design choice. It depends on the artist, for example Jim Lee's Magneto has the top part red: i.imgur.com/05YTfZN.jpg
And for the Wolverine cowl, I think it's actually for the Hulk 2-pack Wolverine. The yellow matches, and that outfit is closer to his '70s look with a belt buckle instead of an X-belt and a lighter shade of blue on the trunks and shoulder pads.
Man what a sick set. Totally right though with the paint on the inside of the capes. I fricken loved the review as always man! I would own this sucker if I could!
I've been waiting for this review. I was super excited about this set, and was not disappointed.
The higher boot cut hides the thigh swivel so I'm good with it.

The artwork on the box had Donald pierce looking like he is sweating Emma Frost’s nuts and then Emma Frost’s portrait looks like she wouldn’t piss on him if he was on fire 🔥 lol
I have a loose collector executive replica lady death and surprisingly the cape fits black queen well and with the inside painted red it looks good

It is, different hair sculpt and paint. I think the face honestly fits Selene better than Shiklah.
This is an awsome set. I havent opened mine up yet. I havent figured out where to put them and what poses. But will be soon. Great review Shartimus.

Congrats on getting your set Shart, my friend and I bother ordered one (he went premium so he ordered his a day early) and he's had his for WEEKS while I feel like mine will never come.
I do have to say I 100% agree with you on the "sexy thigh" issue. Showing a little flesh colored paint or more of a sculpted breast isn't going to hurt anyone, and it's particularly maddening when kids today can find actual pornographic material effortlessly. We just want our figures to match the art man.

I don't know if I'd consider the dark Pheonix as a member of the Hellfire Club. Shaw? Yes. Pierce? Yes. White Queen (Emma Frost)? Yes. But why weren't Mastermind (Jason Wyngard), Black Queen (Selene), and Harry Leland not included?
Totally agree. How do have a Hell Fire Club without Leland & Wyngarde, both are pivotal members.

I can see a second set with maybe: modded Kingpin/Fixit for Leland (new head/lower legs/coat); shirtless Shaw; Worthington/DaCosta; Magneto (white DP suit?); Mastermind/Wyngarde. or mix in Tessa and some Hellfire Guards.

Yo Sharty Primo! You just stumbled on a dope idea! Use the old "red lined" cape to differentiate between Jean and Selene. I have 2 sets (but I don't really wanna open 1) and may just do that. If not, I'm displaying Selene (it makes no sense displaying Jean if there's no Jason Wyngarde IMO).
Magneto's helmet is often depicted with the center piece in red, more than the purple, I'd say that the helmet of the HFC pack is more accurate than amazon's helmet but both are accurate.

@@DisplayingModelBehaviour I bought 2 of the Amazon 3pack, I am displaying 1 Magneto with the X-Men and 1 with evil mutants. The one with the X-Men has the unhelmeted head that came with the Magneto of the Apocalypse wave. I removed the helmet from one of the heads of the 3pack. I wanna use this helmet of the 4 pack with one of the heads

The lack of purple on Magneto's helmet horns/crest is accurate to the original design from 1963 all the way through to the 1990s, which is what they were going for. It was around the 2000s or 2010s comics that Magnetos crest became purple for whatever reason.

You didn’t do the cape swap on Emma. I’ve seen someone use the HFC boxed set cape on the Walgreens Emma body with the Selene head. Then they used the ToyBiz Black Queen Queen cape on Black Queen Jean. If you added Bobby’s dad you have a six member Hellfire Club. That’s awesome.

I think the White Queen's (Emma Frost) Hellfire Club attire is her hottest look. Sadly, there aren't many figures of her with this look. Most of the figures that have this look are expensive. I only have Marvel Diamond Select comes out with their own version of her with this look someday.

Cool set Hasbro s on fire
I live in the UK and this box set is a fairly accessible online exclusive for £70.00 (about $80.00) along with the Logan 2-pack for an average Marvel Legends 2-pack price, but I only picked up the Logan set since I'm not hugely attached to the Hellfire Club and I don't have the space for them, and if I were to pick them up I'd have to get a few guards for them but then my wallet would leave me. Plus whilst I get they're all new sculpts I don't like the idea of spending so much on what's basically 2 sets of the same male and female body mold just with different paint and heads, but that's not to say it's a bad set at all just not one that I'm interested in. Also it's kind of weird that this set of major X-Men villains is for a lot of people hard to find yet the henchmen for them are way easier to find, like I've seen a bunch of them at my local comic book shop, that's kind of strange to me.
Where are you seeing it for £70? I only see it £80+
