I think the only thing that could possibly make this cooler would be to have a bit of disguise smoke come off the spy when he changes to BLU. I don't even care about Fallout and this is still a pretty awesome animation.

Great, now i want Valve to put in FNV weapons for the classes, even just as reskins, Pyro gets flamer to replace stock, and incinerator to replace dragons fury, Soldier gets Red Glare from the Lonesome Road DLC to replace the airstrike, scout gets Maria to replace his Pretty Boy's Pocket Pistol, and give the Sniper the Anti Marterial Rifle as a stand in for the Machina
Edit: Oh, and also give Sniper the 10MM Smg for a reskin of the SMG. Give spy the Mysterious Revolver as a reskin of the Ambasador(let it play the little tune whenever he pulls it out like in FNV as well), and a Stealth Boy for an invis watch.

For Demo give him either the Grenade Rifle as a reskin of the Loch and Load, Grenade Launcher as a reskin of the Grenade Launcher, and Engineer gets the Lever Action Shotgun as a reskin of the Frontier Justice

I do like your animation, but compared to others it is quite... Slow. As if the movement was artificially slowed down, which is weird, because usually all actions the characters make take as long as they should...
Other then that, i must say you are indeed doing a great job.
