I blocked myself on someone phone and deleted my contact , are texts. I text some stupid shit cus im bored, now I can’t tell if im still blocked😅 . the message stayed blue but didn’t have the delivered underneath it but no message not sent
So my texts keep the blue bubble but don’t send. Doesn’t matter how many texts I send. The bubble always stays blue and never sends. And it’s only to one person. That’s it. And it drives me crazy cause sometimes we can text fine. And then like a random text later you won’t be able to receive anything from that person and you can send anything but still keep blue bubbles.
For anyone reading this. You have been blocked even if the messages are blue and marked as delivered. Apparently if that person owns another Apple device (iPad, watch or MacBook) it will always appear as blue/delivered even if you’re blocked. But they never receive those messages. Ever.

this happened to me last night too the phone randomly hung up and I keep texting still to this time and the location is gone everything was fine till it suddenly hung up and now I be overthinking

on the imessage convo it shows the Contact name but when i click on the little bubble that has the Contact picture it shows the number? and not the name

@@annarogger316 So...I was able to get this tested. When blocked on the iPhone, the text message goes from blue to green after a few seconds. The green bubble will have "Sent as Text Message." and I can verify that when calling, there is only one ring tone, and I am sent to an automated message (where they don't have a personal voice message set up). It hurts.

Not true anymore. My friend and I tried this out. She blocked me but when I text her it still showed delivered as iMessage but I was blocked.
Maybe your friend has an iPad or MacBook, or maybe an Apple Watch.
And that's why it's said “delivered” she will not receive it on her phone, but on her other device. Like macbook, ipad or apple watch
But also if they lost signal, turned the phone off or airplane mode… it will also send in green.
