This was a fantastic cover! 1:53 is the only "mistake" I noticed and I'm not even sure if that's accurate, but to me it sounds like he slides between a couple frets really quick instead of just doing a single pull-off there.

Also, to the guys saying the have no chance in playing this.....I challenge you to save the money and buy a quality guitar. I saved up for a Jackson JS series and the quality of that guitar allowed me to actually sweep pick! I've tried for years on my Ibanez GIO but for some reason the lack of good material stopped me? Not entirely sure, but buying a $600 guitar helped me unlock the skill I already had but was held back by a budget guitar haha hope this helps someone

Hey Will. Great question. Honestly, each new section was the hardest thing I had ever tried to learn. Even the verse's seemed awkward and difficult at first. But if I had to say what took me the longest to get my hands around it would probably be the outro solo. Very disjointed and tough to build muscle memory on. My suggestion's are don't stop pushing forward, find a way to slow the original track right down (either with an app like "The amazing slowdowner" or a DAW that can timewarp like Ableton) and take small digestible bites to build your muscle memory. Having facility to slow the track down will ensure that your subdivisions are on point. Once you have a specific section under your fingers at super slow tempo's you can start to increase the speed until you're shredding like Tim. I hope that helps. Good luck.
