I really love this kind of set up for the tower cakes. Because some, they don't know how to set or how to transport a cake. Some of them stock it up already in their kitchen, then do all of a sudden there is a problem along the way, then the cakes may be damaged, when arriving at the venue. Some cake makers don't know that, it is very comfortable or at ease if you will travel the cakes which are not stocked up yet. To prevent some damage that might be encountered. For the long travel.
No I don't need to because first of all I normally tier them up at the venue and secondly I make sure all the tiers are perfectly levelled and straight hence the assurance of stability.
@@tehillahcakesandcaterers6043 wow you are great, 🌟🌟🌟I already saw why you asked for the leveling of the table before placing everything, thanks for answering and sharing your work is great👌👌☺️🌟🌟
Well done 👏✔, its really beautiful, but am here wondering what is holding that cake together, because I don't see any central dowel or buttercream between each tier, please explain more. Thanks
Thank you so much for watching!😃 So far we have done 69 wedding cakes and we have never used a central dowel. As long as each individual tier is well levelled and straight then when you tier them up they will remain firmly set
Wow! Beautiful set up and lovely cake, you did an amazing job, am inspired!
Thank you 🙏 I'm glad you are
Spectacular, a masterpiece, proud of you, dearest. Gifted hands🙏
