    ** MY MISSION & STORY **
    I am an 19 year old tiny house builder and vegan enthusiast. My tiny house journey started in May 2015 and will be finished by June 2016. The reason for making my tiny house was a conscious choice to become more aware of what I consume and what I need to live a healthy and happy life. This house signifies much more than just a transition to a simpler way of living it signifies a new beginning, my future life.
    My veganism story is intertwined with my tiny house. I grew up vegetarian, so I had a conscious upbringing relating to food and my health. In May of 2016, it will be 2 years since I went vegan. It was a two month transition but after a marathon of documentaries, I was convinced. In that same month that I went vegan, I officially decided to build a tiny house.
    This channel is meant to provide educational information and inspiration relating to sustainable living, minimalism, and veganism.

    It can be a lot of fun to feel the various textures under your feet and in your hands. Things such as soft mud under your feet and squishing between your toes to the forest path to maybe walking off of the path and feeling a few soft flowers or fern under your feet. Remember, your feet are much more gentle to the forest floor than the hard soles of shoes and boots. Our bare feet are a lot like those big fat tires on an ATV like a 4 wheeler. They are designed to move over the surface with minimal damage.

    This was a absolutely breathtaking video, so soothing yet vibrant. You really captured the beauty of the energy of nature, you are truthfully stepping up your game as a content creator. BTW PLEASE do more cam on the floor shots like this 3:43 I wish it was a animated gif to watch in a loop of you walking, the dirt on your soles is flawless.

    Going barefoot is the gentlest way of walking and can symbolise a way of living - being authentic, vulnerable, sensitive to our surroundings. It’s the feeling of enjoying warm sand beneath our toes, or carefully making our way over sharp rocks in the darkness. It’s a way of living that has the lightest impact, removing the barrier between us and nature.

    Forest Therapy is saying "Goodbye, shoes."

      What does it mean "shoes" ?

      ... even coffins, @@joshadams3138. Garbage !

      Of course yep, @@joshadams3138. Maybe the shoes are good for fashion, but not for health. In my case, my fashion is to be health and happy ... walking in my best shoes --> 👣 !

    • @Dinu-1959

      Dear @andykishore : Not "Goodbye, shoes", but even "Adio, shoes" ... RIP shoes !

    • @Dinu-1959
      @Dinu-1959 4 роки тому +1

      Dear @@joshadams3138, I'm a special case. For me is not okay with wearing them (shoes). You already know that out of the total number of people on Earth, 1 in 5 goes barefoot (for his own pleasure, not because of poverty). But I have a strange disease: I am allergic to any type of shoes, even only socks. If I walked in shoes for more than 30 minutes, I would have a panic attack, fainting or even a brain accident. It's like a form of claustrophobia. I can't stand animal skin, rubber, glue, plastic or cadmium (the substance used as white paint for sneakers - adidas, nike, etc.).
      In winter I can easily resist barefoot in the fluffy snow even 6 hours at -16 °C.
