i went from s3 to immortal in 1 act so idk but it is probably because of my CS experience and OW experience (8 years of FPS games) but yea this video shows that you can do it with hard work
nah valorant is an ez game
most talent you see is just transferable skills from other games. This guy had never played a shooter with mouse and keyboard so he's starting from a way lower rung compared to someone whose played a lot of CS, Overwatch, Siege, Apex etc.

my peak is d2 and im at p2 rn ,but when you talked about that low confidence, ego, boosted and hardstuck phase im literally relating to it rn, ik im not going to hit higher ranks the same way you did but thisvideo gave me a lot to work on my confidence and preperation, so thankyou so much.
I’ve gone through a similar journey, although mine is not over yet. I’ve gone from iron to diamond in the span of about a year, and I’m still trying to improve and climb all the way up

I started 1 act ago and got myself to Consistently stay in Plat 1-2. I wasn’t sure if I could ever rank up, but man did you give me the confidence to keep at it!

when i first started playng valorant, my first rank ever was bronze.. that was about 1 year ago. but the next act i went from bronze 3 to plat 3.. the next episode my first rank was D2 and I went to Ascendant 2.. and then after that episode i went from plat 3 again to immortal. I dont have as much play time as you, but I still grew fast.. But i feel like even though I grew fast, it doesnt make me as good of a player as you people are, you end up getting hardstuck and having more time spent in the game. I feel like people who have more time spent in the game, and didnt grow as fast end up being way better than someone like me who ended up raising in the ranks fast. Your dedication and effort is amazing, I respect you. Keep up the grind man!

I guess it's like they say, practice and just keep playing the game, some might say that 3 years is too long but being a first time keyboard mouse fps player, amazing work...Valorant is also my first fps and I've been playing for almost 10 months now, on and off and I peaked plat but I'm currently hardstuck in gold and I recently was doubting myself if I'm not good enough, this just made me feel good about myself and remind that I need to just keep playing and hopefully 1 day I'll reach immortal too, be it in 2 or more years time. Ive had basically the same story as you through the years of valorant. I started iron 1 back in the beta and have been playing ever since. Last act i peaked asc 3 66rr and i feel like im very close to immortal, but I dont think i deserve immortal quite yet and feel similar to how you did when you were unconfident. Hopefully ill get there soon lol

I'm going through a similar path, except I don't have anyone to play with, so I'm stuck doing solo queue and getting trolled and smurfed every single game... it sucks. I gave up and I've only been playing unranked because of that. This inspired me a little bit to keep pushing, but I'm much worse than you when you started (yup... it's possible, believe me).

respect. i hit immortal like months ago and was on my way to radiant, then everything felt off because i was pretty much inactive, i went down, I've became worse, everything went downhill. I was actually sad whenever i play the game cause i remember how i used to play and how good i was back then. now i bought the gpro x light, still trying to adapt it so i can grind once again

last act ive finally hit immortal as well, started iron in episode 3 act 1, good shit! its funny cause we both had the ascendant hardstuck era after being D1 before ascendant released, except i was there for 6 acts 💀 (still watching the video so i have to keep editing this comment, but i also played 17 games in one day to it immortal once i got close LMAO)

@@Fryz_fps yup!, exactly my current struggle, i ended up filling the full small triangle with immo (peaked 1 game off immo 2, like 86 rr) and placed d2....
@@medal1q832 to be honest, not really, it all depends on why your hardstuck in there because everyone is the rank they are for their own reason, theres alot of factors at play. for me, it was confidence and trusting myself and my reads, calling plays when teammates dont talk, and trying to play as correctly as possible (not overheating unless i ask a teammate to come with me, or at least for some util, doubling up on a choke when we are weak side, etc.) if you dont already i would watch woohoojin, he has alot of different videos to make sure you have all your bases covered

it was 2016 very peaceful day when i was 12. My dad got a pc for my mom, until she got a new work, so when she wouldn't be home
i would use that pc to watch youtube, when i turned 13 my parents realized i enjoyed mom's pc a lot and as my birthday gift they gave me a brand new setup. I started off by minecraft and i would stay all night playing bedwars just to practice my aim for pvp. i quit minecraft a year later and bought cs:go 2018 which i started playing fps games and stuff. i mainly played alots of csgo i reached global elite in 2020 and i realized i am an european and these russian kids/predators is no joke and i played faceit most of the time. it was good until i moved to south korea. i had no problem there and i just turned 17. i took a break from gaming. until one day in october i tried to play some csgo again and it gave me nostalgia. But there was major problem my gpu was too old and it couldn't run anymore. It was winter and i decided to do part time jobs in no time i turned 18 and i went to canada to study there i grinded over 5000$ in 7months with my parents help i had 15000$ i moved into pretty cheap apartment for 475-750$/per month depends on water and electricity costs.
i got a gaming pc for 4000$ with good parts. in 2022 september i installed the upcoming star game "Valorant" i got all my rank and stuff and my starting rank was diamond 1 i played it until now and i am immortal 3 grinding for radiant. wonder how am i still alive with no job? im a valorant coach and makes 150$ a week now. its actually fucked up i shouldn't have played on mom's pc

Great video :) started playing in ep 5 act 2 and finally hit immo last act, wild ride and i can back you on preparing for success, huge factor that got me up there. went through my jett era, chamber era, heck, even the fill era, but i finally decided to look into who i was best with and is why tracker can be pretty cool sometimes, found i was good with smokes so i instalocked brim for at least 2 games a day every day of last act to go from D3 0rr to immo 1 30rr or something close to 50. I still strive for improvement as my goal for this episode is to become a true higher level immo player, and i’ve been cooking on omen lately so hopefully that’ll get me somewhere :) good luck on your journey in game and through making content, hope to see your channel flourish!

I started off iron 1 when comp was introduced during the beta and by the end of beta I was gold and three years later I haven’t been able to reach immortal but I got close being a hardstuck ascendant player. Overall a great video

ive went through a similar situation (not immortal yet) but i started off in bronze episode 2 act 1 with barely any pc fps experience (a little bit from roblox) and pretty much only played sage and the guardian. i managed to get up to gold but was hardstuck there for 6 acts. after a few rank ups in plat, i got up to plat 3, took an act break and managed to get to diamond 3 after the break. i reached ascendant 1 recently but i still considered myself boosted as i was not putting up great numbers, and now i just fill for the team. hopefully i can get to immortal like you did

pantuse i watched this vid 2 days ago. i was like "fuck it i can do it" i was low s1 at the time, peak g2. i went from s1 on 3 rr to s2 89 rr. today im gonna get to s3, if possible im going to get myself back to gold. all you really do need is confidence.
i was able to climb from iron to immortal in 1.5 years, and now im hardstuck in ascendant again... gonna make it back one day
