For now I'm just going to do 1 take stuff where I can, sometimes mind can go blank when cameras on, all learning process. I appreciate your comments thankyou
Great video Neil................... I have subscribed and i am very interested in seeing more....... much more. You should talk to Richard Vobes..... to tell your story and promote your channel
Well thankyou it's totally amature , hope to get better as I go. I'm a fan of Richard Vobes, and will attend an event there putting on soon, I have many similar things coming up, I think more people should stand there ground legally and this is what I want to promote in future videos
Interesting video, I did Data Protection training whilst working at Heathrow Airport many years ago and boy is it a can of worms? Turned out that staff using the analogue system of cameras were breaking the law everyday. Did the company involved get fined as well as paying you the compensation.
No they didn't, I didn't take it too the İCO after poor experience communicating with them and they don't get the public compensation anyway, it's common most companies have no regard for the act
They just made up a diversion story saying homes england was the controller so they couldn't supply the images, judge wasn't fooled , agreed the claim would now continue against homes england, I had no contact with h.e before the response deadline CBRE paid the settlement, they were responsible all along
Don't feel too bad about not getting the video evidence after you were paid damages. Under normal circumstances, companies are only allowed to retain images as long as necessary and would be deleted after a short time. Once requested, they should of course retained your image until a legal decision is made. More than likely it was wiped after a month and I am sure that your case probably went on for a year.
Car has long gone now so doesn't matter anymore, CBRE didn't accept they were wrong, even though they viewed and kept them , told me what car it was but not the reg
@@Mayking-Da-Vidyo It is interesting stuff that you are relaying. Thanks for taking the time to work on it. It is good to have come across your channel, and I look forward to more stuff from you and your furry colleagues :) All the best.
Me too about making videos or uploading to UA-cam you have done very well keep doing what you are doing

Having got the compensation, why not reapply for the footage. If that fails, apply again. £2000 each time, or you should finally get the footage.
Cars gone now, but a SAR is useful when dealing with companies as very few comply
Why am I looking at tarmac?
First video

I thought that it is the data controller who is responsible to provide images. There should be notice in public giving the contact number.

Subscribed, but it would be preferable if you could possibly stick to the story, and leave the little ducks etc out of it. Good luck.
