It is going to be an amazing race, to form and with no mishap, it should be KT in at first, but she will have 2 maybe 3 pushing her.
As for the team title, there are probably 3 clear favourites. But on the day all your top runners are going to have to run to their potential, just one runner having an ordinary day or a mishap, then who knows! That is why it's important runners who may not normally be in the top five of the team, run exceptional races as they might find themselves being one of the top five runners for their team. Every point will count.
