Glad someone finally in a video got the pink/white variant. How does the finish of the colors (specifically the pink) look? They're supposed to be electrophoresis coated.
The white and pink has a subtle sheen to it; not quite matte but not shiny if that makes sense. I think the video footage does it justice when I tilt it in the light and shadows. The gold has more of a pearlescent finish to it but nothing too major

if i wanted to get started with a good mech keyboard would you pick a Keychron Q1 or a GMMK PRO or something else? I really want a knob or roller bar for volume but I'm so noob to this scene...no clue what switches to go for either :(

Nice video, sweet voice. Sadly windx98 doesn't have per key RGb to light up those keycaps. I am thinking about getting this same white pink combination (surprise how the skylight provided a perfect fit on this non-traditional layout board), except I want to try the boba u4 silent switches instead.
Yeah I had the same thought about the lack of RGB. I’ll probably seek out other keycaps in the future but for right now the color combo looks so nice.
I know a lot of people weren’t happy with the original in stock color combinations of boards but I really do love this pink & white version! I hope more people are happy with the extra colors in the GB. Thank you for your comment ! xx I appreciate it
@@CoolRiceBunnies they still look really nice the way you have it currently though. Do you know if the pink keycaps on the windx98 sale page is available somewhere? Those pink appear to have a translucent top layer (similar to pbtfans' neon keycap) looks pretty nice.
@@IronCan88 when I checked out their discord I think someone mentioned they canceled the production of the keycaps because the quality was bad. I thought they looked cool too, like crystal keycaps

UPS just delivered my blue keychron q8 aluce...I will pair it with drop's keysterine translucent keycaps (smoke color)....until I can get the windx98. Will either do white pink or white yellow. Thank you
