Its his laptop fans seems to be set to max speed to help keep his system cool so it's quite loud. I wear headphones so I can hear ben fully.

It is the laptop fan making the white noise I think but I don’t even notice it now as I am used to having a fair few loud delta fans for cooling back in the early to mid 2000’s.
I didn’t realise there was an issue as I listened to it back through headphones and it sounds okay and I’m almost always wearing headphones but I will try and remake this video later today.
