How to make working ceiling fan with redstone on/off switch No(Mods/addons)

Hi!
Sorry for delay!
How to adjust fan as per your house:
1block = 1.0
My house Is 6 block tall,I put 5.0 in command 2 because 1 block space is taken by fence as a fan stand....
And if you put 5.0 in command 2 put 3.0 in command 1
(whichever value you are putting in command 2 like 6.0 -2 and put 4.0 in command 1)
Commands:
Command 1:- /tp @e[type=armor_stand] ~ ~3.0 ~ ~0
Command 2:- /tp @e[type=armor_stand] ~ ~5.0 ~ ~15
