Hi Suzy , the house is becoming a home, looks besutuful 😍 When making an omelette I usually cook the ingredients first then add the egg mixture and instead of attempting to turn it when the bottom is cooked I put it under the grill to cook the top through and it's perfect for me 😂 Eggs have to be fully set for me in an omelette by the way 😊

Suzy, Glasses Direct every day. You can pick 5 frames at a time which get posted out and returned for free. Gives you a chance to have a faff and try them on properly at home. You should’ve got your prescription from spec savers which you can use when you choose a frame. So easy. And great vlog ❤

Definitely u can put your new lenses in a frame you've bought somewhere else...I've had that done a few times in the past...🖒however some opticians say no because they want u to buy their frames

Morning suzy, nice to see you looking and sounding alot better, lovely vlog as always, we went into matalan at the weekend, some great buys in the sale,your Ash looked bloody handsome, he needs to be in the vlogs more(like the diet coke man)lol,you looked beautiful as always, when you said men don't like shopping I laughed out loud my husband is bloody mad for buying clothes and getting dressed up lol ,he drags me round meadowhall in Sheffield any chance he can lol,I go to a charity shop in bawtry doncaster and you can find mens jackets for £6 ,its a posh place so they look like they have only been worn a few times, great finds in bawtry. 😊❤

I loved this video! I felt like I was in your home with you, especially the last segment where you were cooking 😊 I have learnt so much about glucose regulation and how important it is to keep our blood sugar levels steady. As well as why/how insulin ties in with that. Also, the reason that you might have problems with your eyesight is tied to insulin & glucose.
Have you read the book. THE GLUCOSE REVOLUTION by Jessie Inchauspe? ❤
Is she the ‘Glucose Godess’? If yes then YASS!! Still learning & trying to absorb it all, but she’s fantastic at explaining it in a way where it penetrates my brain 🙏🏽 Game Changer 👌🏽 Not heard about the eyesight link though yet, but that’s very interesting.. 🤓🤓 Xo
@SuzyDarling04 That's her! 😁 Once you are finished, I will recommend some books to learn how the insulin part ties in. I have been on this journey for the last 5 years and oh my have I learnt a lot!! Have you started with the apple cider vinegar? On our trip to France, the hacks in her book came in very handy 😆

No I haven’t introduced that yet, I’m just getting into the habit of eating my food in a certain order & I’ve already lost those cravings within a week! I have to take this journey slowly because I struggle to understand it sometimes & can get a bit overwhelmed 🙈 Baby Steps.. 🙏🏽
