I follow you from Sudan and I loved the English language from your videos and your teaching method. I started from zero. Thank you, my teacher, and please continue and do not stop, because you are helping millions around the world.
I am Tuncay from Türkiye. I think that your method compared to the other methods I have experienced before, is amazing and very useful for learning English. Thanks to your podcast, I can see my improvement. Thank you very much for all your efforts 🤛👍👏
It makes me understand about C levels, and also makes me feel confident that I am upper B1 level by myself! While studying, with feeling many ups and downs, I underestimated me a lot. I am getting fluent every day! I can communicate with my tutors in English well. I make mistakes, but it’s okay. I’ll just keep going! 🕊️
Hello, Corner! I use your videos all time. I use your videos for a shadowing and comprehension practice. Your videos are the desktop book for me. Keep it up. I can't not say thank. ❤
I am Brazilian guy, i have 16 years old and i love this channel for lestning English. Ty (I tried to write this sentence without a translator, I don't know if it's right😅)
U’re so right, i just instinctively started looking for native content writing titles in english since i realized i need it to understand speach in every scenario. But i still watch your videos cuse i like your advices. Thank u a lot. keep it real!
Hi! My name is Zuhra from Indonesia. I probably know you from spotify, the way you speak is clear and I love that. Keep doing like this for a long time and thank you.
Hi Sister, I am a woman with a good command of the English language and I am seeking a female to rehearse my English skills with her permanently if you want we could practice together.
I am B2 level and I listen your content in the speed 1.5 on youtube. I'm pushing myself to reach toward C1 level trying native content as you explained . Tks for your work!
Teacher Conner's easy listening videos improve my self-esteem. There's nothing worse than watching an audio in English with native speakers and not understanding anything. Since I still have limited listening skills, every day I watch TV series (Friends, Breaking Bad, etc.) alternating with Teachers Conner, A J Hooge, Tiffany and other excellent ones.
Conner's these videos and normal episodes in Podcast have helped me improving and enhancing my English level. That's an excellent experience! Now I'm challenging Conner's advanced contents and US Conversations. I'm definitely making progress
I totally agree with you. I've been fighting to get fluent in english, and I've been making a lot of mistakes. first point is: don't care about that! I'm am a NFL fun, and first times I watched the game I was shocked because I didn't understand anything of what the commentators said. Now I think to be able to understand 50% in one NFL season. In conclusion, even for medium english level is a good advice to find native contents, at the beginning is really frustrating, but then you'll get satisfaction. thanks for all
he is right and morever native content are just C1 and C2 level he is right i think that You don't need to use C2 level videos online because it's just unusual for instance , someone can make a cake i don't think that i need to use a video to teach him how to make a cake it's the same thing i belive that it's a message behind his video. You can use this type of contents if you are a starter. just like a starter in a baker he needs to be taught by someone but when he can reache the level to make a cake he does not reallt to have help from anyone. I hope you undersand my point of view. Good video i love him, i'm agree with him.
I m B2 level, I m trying to reach C1 level and from my perspective I gotta watch some native contents to enhance myself and reach C1 level. I hope i can be at c1 level in the future 😢
Hello. I have a question about listening. I’m listening to Dr. Jeff McQuillan’s podcasts. So far, I’ve listened for 200 hours over the past 6-7 months. However, I recently found out that this is quite little. First, I listen to a new podcast once and try to understand it. Then, I read the transcript. After understanding everything, I follow the transcript while listening again. Later, I put the transcript aside and just listen. I regularly re-listen to previous topics. I would like to know if my listening skills will improve if I continue like this. Do you have any additional tips for improving listening skills?
Thank you I’ve been thinking about that many times how can achieve that level I’m b 1 level I’m struggling with it when heard that it’s make me relax ❤❤❤
My level b1 but my skills in listening is very advanced cuz I listen to native speakers like Mel robins Tammy Peterson Erika comisar and cara and Nat DW THANKS ❤
@@aleksandrgrygorenko2619 I can understand any video i want to listen but I can’t speak with fluently I have a huge amount of vocab but I can’t summon her when I need it
Hello! First of all, thank you for your piece of advice now for everyone, I was wondering how well consuming content from sitcoms like TBBT or HIMYM or even just the Simpsons is.
I m really wondering that this speech speed is your normal speed or you are speaking like this just in your videos and podcast ?? I m really coruis about it because you are speak slowly it might not be your normal speech ?? Please answer teacher btw this speed is really useful for beginner learner. You are doing great job thanks a lot king of Languages 🔥🔥⚡⚡💥💥
Hi. I like so much your videos. I can understand everything you say but I have difficult when I need listen some other videos on youtube. If you would need choose a English listening level to your videos what would be?
If you enjoy doing that, then definitely! Personally, I'm not a big fan of TV or movies, so I use other content. Plus, I actually think that podcasts and unscripted UA-cam videos are even better for language learning.
I can't say that isn't native content, but it's not the type of content that you'll want to focus on, since it's not the type of language that you'll normally encounter in your day-to-day life.
When I'm starting listening to things that I'm interested: documentary, news, tv shows I understand nothing. And to listen artificially created to learning or adaptive materials is very boring for me and I able to do it only for 15 minutes maximum. In result progress goes very slowly. When I'm realizing that I would reach such level which allow me to listen to that I want to listen and I would spend years for that It's very demotivate.
You use the word "whatever" in all your videos and not once ejeje , do you like this word? in spanish we use the word "muletilla", when you talk and you repeat one word many times but the word doesn't mean anything. Hey there 👋
If i increase speed of this video will it be a native content?
I think, no, because he uses simple words and expressions during his speeches.
No, that makes it unnatural :(

Teacher, I have very important question to me. when will you make c1 level content?😅
Haha
❤
Might I count native content for children (such as audiobooks by Roald Dahl or Peppa Pig) as such?
I can't say that isn't native content, but it's not the type of content that you'll want to focus on, since it's not the type of language that you'll normally encounter in your day-to-day life.
Well done 👍
When you talk you use your hands, why?
