For starters the court accepted that the crime was commited in sweden when we sued facebook for aiding and abetting fraud. We got sent up from the district court and are now in the crowncourt waiting on court date.
this is already huge as the jurisdiktion has never been accepted before we have opend up for anyone to sue facebook for aiding and abetting fraud in sweden now. The latest rapports says that 77% of all scams market themselves on facebook
