Thanks for reviewing my car Fenton! If anyone wants to check out the ND2 on track, I have a POV vid of my ND2 on track at Laguna Seca, its on my channel. Car is currently going from Dual Mass to LTW flywheel, should make a difference to reduce the delay between shifts on track.
@@mattylight8600My exhaust setup is a stock muffler/stock midpipe but 4-1 skunk2 header. I modified the stock ND1/ND2 sound tube with a homedepot 1-1/4 in. x 24 ft. Sump Pump Discharge Hose and a nitril glove to block the end off the hose. Look up Sound tube mod on youtube and it'll all make sense.
I myself have an ND3. Installed some ohlins and they were even too harsh for my liking. I now installed just the eibach prokit lowering springs and they are just perfect and responsive on the street. I hope they also perform on the track. You can watch some videos of trackday driving on my channel. I feel like small mods can have a big effect on this lightweight car.
My old reflexes are way too slow for that suspension setup, in the canyons. I’d be ass-first into the weeds before I knew what bit me. 😂 (The gear whine is very entertaining however.)
I’m only into canyon carving so an NC1 with suspension mods and bigger wheels and tires does it for me since it’s a 2nd car used as a toy. Maybe one day I’ll get a ND2/3 but the price deltas are $12k and $25k respectively.
@@mikeburger5761 That’s not what I’m talking about. If Honda was making a Honda S2000 in 2025, it would cost at least 50-60k which is double of what the ND3 costs

Nice car! How did you get that induction sound? Looks like you still have the stock intake?
@@mattylight8600i am also interested about it. Great sound

x3 for interest in the induction sound! Did you drill the firewall?
@@mattylight8600 He has my sound tube mod. Instructions on my chan :)
The ND video we all needed! The ‘happy medium’ is where I am aiming with my ND2. GT daily but with decent track ability.
wow that induction noise on the second car is UNREAL
Sunday coffee and New Zygrene ? Yess please.
Koni yellows (stock springs), thicker sway bars, and more camber is the handling recipe for my canyon-carver ND2.
I have modded a few of these cars and sway bars/tires are so amazing on them…basically all you need!
Man when I see you upload a Miata vid I get so happy
Oof that wing needs some stabilization
My ND2 lies between these two on the street-track spectrum. I suspect you'd adore it in this canyon.
Great topics and content. Keep it coming brotha
That wing looks like it’s about to wobble off
I made a induction mod for mine too, its perfect.

Were the Ohlins you have installed were the 'long stroke' ones or the regular variants? Thanks
@ I had the Road and Track Ohlins.
Is it just me or does that wing seem to wiggle around quite a bit?

If you get a chance can you drive a

Cool comparison............. what road is this?
What is the induction sound mod on the ND2??? Sounds great!
I wanna know too
larger diameter sound tube
@@solid_spec where can i find it?
Not seeing your Sakebomb video/review on the MX5... What did you think of that suspension setup?

See Zygrene vid, automatic click
Did you prepare the hundai accent against Corolla in Daytona
Which mod makes it sound like straight cut gears?
CAE Shifter, it already whines with stock shifter but this enhances it to another level.
Will the ND3 lose grip easily, even with traction control enabled?
Like these. Still wouldn’t buy one with so many quality S2000s for sale.
1) Xidas. 2) Tires w/ 17x9 245's. Done! The lack of on center with the ND3 is all from the awful tires they sell it with.
What after market exhaust is Kevin considering for the nd3?
@@ramanapixelxl7572 I've been asking him the same question
i would argue that, this wing doesnt do much. It must create a big spiral of air behind and therefore uneven downforce at speed
The nd2 owner is literally my dad
It’s still not an S2000.
S2000 when brand new costed to compete with the Porsche Boxster. The MX-5 from the same period was a lot cheaper. Do your research.
Yeah but there is no brandnew S2000 anymore - that's the thing
