If you are using one or 2 cells and need 12V you are using a Boost converter (not a buck)! Also please do not wrap the BT receiver in Aluminum. For everybody else i would recommend something like a Qudelix 5K. I know it is a lot more expensive but it provides crystal clear sound and above all a really nice App with sooooo many features (and they improove the App constantly).
cool video man, i did a similar thing by adding Bluetooth to an old cassette Walkman. i added transmit (connect to BT speaker or headphones) and Bluetooth receive (to send BT music from my laptop or phone to the cassette Walkman to record my own mix tapes) i live adding Bluetooth to things that are too old to have had it.

Yes you are correct I am using a boost transformer, the alluminium has very little effect of the range of the bluetooth connection.

Nice man
Super cool, I wish i got a notification for it though
Love the Faraday cage case!!! How did you use a 1s bms but have two 🔋🔋 ??? What kind of wire did you use that you can break by hand and strip by hand?
They are in parallel so it's a 1s2p battery
Awg20.
Youre a very good boy! 🤗
Thanks
Buddy you can buy a Bluetooth adapter for that same price and it won’t look like an IED. We’ve solved this one already
For a bluetooth 5 one like this it's about 30aud where as this costs about 8. But equally it's fun to build projects
Yeah and you can buy a car off the lot but some people like building them.
That's why you're commenting on UA-cam videos taking a backseat to real life instead of living it and gaining hands-on experience
Ok so the solution to forgotten earbuds on a hike is ordering parts from china that will arrive sometime next month. Got it!
Like I said, I'm not a rational person
