Can I just say I had to go gluten-free years ago and I just had to give some great tasting foods. But then you came along!!! Your a kitchen wizard!!!! Thank you so much for all the awesome recipes.
These look so delicious. I want to make them right now (almost 1 am) Unfortunately, I cannot bake anything for another week as our A/C for the entire house broke and it’s hotter than a match in the house. Hey maybe I could bake them without an oven since it’s so hot in the house. Ha ha. Once the new a/c and furnace are installed, it will be bake bake bake. Thank You Kim for the wonderful recipe.
I made these and my family loved them! I couldn’t even tell they were gluten free! A My mom said they are the flakiest apple turnovers she had ever had!🤤😋👍
These look amazing! I don't think I have seen the GF dough rolling as good as Yours. I am going to see the actual dough video now. Thank You for Your videos, I appreciated them x
Hey Kim, another AMAZING recipe!!! Did exactly like you did, used half the dough for a batch of turnovers, and it made 9. Because they were smaller they only took around 14-16 minutes to cook and wow. My family is completely blown away - so easy to make your puff pastry, great instructions, and an amazing result. Even a day later after sitting overnight, the apple turnovers aren't soggy in the middle, they remain perfect. Do you have any recommendations/recipes for a multiberry or cherry filling? Wood love to make a cherry turnover with cherry season around the corner. Thanks and keep the recipes coming!!
Hi Kim, I don't know how to Thank you for all these wonderful recipes. After a 4 months of mysery and Dr apt and trying to find out what was wrong with my stomach, I have been diagnosed with Celiac desease. Now that was ok but learning to eat and get this life style is a different angle. I found your web site a little whle ago and have been looking at it but without changing my diet (as per the dr) but now I got all my supplies and ready to do it and try some of your wonderful bread. Will let you know my new adventure under your guidance. Thank you!

Kim I just came across your recipies when I was looking to make a desert. I made your faccasia bread & it was delicious. I have a question for you; do you use a special flour blend to make cakes & cookies? I wasn't sure if your bread flour mix would work for deserts. Can you send the flour mix by email or just tell me what site you have it printed on. Thanks I Love watching you bake.
Awe, thanks so much! Yes, I use my own all purpose gf flour blend. It's always linked in all of my recipes, but if you'd like to check it out, here's a link directly to it: www.letthemeatgfcake.com/resources/gluten-free-flour-blends/ 🥰

Thank you for all of your videos. i am just getting started on my gluten free journey. I appreciate your work so much. Could you make a video oin how to use gluten free flour for beginners? Thanks again !!
Kim, I just found your channel about a week ago and just love it! I laughed at you when I read about why you started your test baking. Let me explain why I said that I laughed. I have been gluten free for a little over 25 years and when I found out that I had a gluten problem everything and I mean everything was VERY costly gluten free. There was not a lot of gluten free things on the market and when you did found them they were NOT very good, in fact cardboard might taste better when what they were selling as a" tasty gluten free product". So when I read the things that you missed, they were the things that I missed the most ---pizza, doughnuts, cakes, etc. Thanks for doing a lot of the work for the people that are gluten free. I have a question for you about the protein powder that you used for the bread flour blend. Can you use dry milk powder in place of the protein powder, or buttermilk for the liquid? Thank again for your hard work in baking and testing for us. God Bless you and your family.
Awe, thank you so much, Pam!! I really appreciate your kind words! I think we all who are gluten free have a kindred spirit in one another because we totally understand what it's like. I could only imagine what was available for you years ago, and I'm happy that things are moving in the right direction. I don't think the dry milk powder would work for the bread flour blend as it doesn't have enough protein in it. It needs to be something with a lot of protein because that mimics the protein we're missing from the gluten. God Bless you and your family as well, Pam😍😍😍

I can try to work on something. What in particular are you looking to learn about? The different types of gf flours? And what they do?
@@LetThemEatGlutenFreeCake I want to learn the basic techniques of usng GF flour. Are there different techniques you have to use since it is GF?

Can I use your all purpose gluten-free flour blend instead of using your gluten-free bread flour blend?
I haven't tried it, but it's worth a shot!
Where did you get that ruler? I have one but the markings are smaller and harder to read.
Amazon. I love it! Here's the link: amzn.to/3oqXt2p
but there's no filling steps ...so im lost
Yummmmmm!!....you got me at gluten free!!!!👍😉🫶
