  • Please subscribe for more! This build was completed in 3 days total to ensure proper assembly. Unfortunately in this video the bike shown was on the "break-in period" as a result I couldn't go faster than 30MPH. Also with this premium engine kit you get a better built motor, OKO carb, window piston, Dio Reed Valve, Super Banana pipe, and a 36T sprocket. The frame comes with the 36t sprocket as well.

You can't just keep going smaller on the rear sprocket and expect it to be faster. Your increasing resistance the motor has to overcome to push it. To much resistance and it won't have enough torque to accelerate it past the top speed it had before possibly less. Also it will pull the rpms down resulting in very slow acceleration, struggling to get going and excessive lugging which is a 2 stroke engine killer. Going excessively big on the rear sprocket will give eyeball sucking acceleration, reduced top speed and engine over revving if you run at full throttle. Gear it to putting the power band where you use it and it will be a lot more fun to ride.

I want to call it "mopecycle"! Law says that it is considered a motor assisted bicycle! Legal under 50cc and not faster than 20mph.

I have just discovered some very interesting 4-stroke engines. One is Zongshen NH130 (90 usd in a local store) and is 130cc and 10 Kg heavy. Another one is AEROBS 154F at 87cc and 9 Kg. Another one is LIFAN 152F at 79cc or 93cc or 97cc or 105cc (8-9 Kg heavy and 100$-150$). After you remove the speed governor, change the carb + the exhaust and polish the ports those 2.5-3 HP will become much more than that. I will post some videos soon.
These engines can be found in your local stores cheaply in water pumps ! So instead of searching them on Amazon or Ebay you better search locally for 2.5 HP or 3 HP water pumps and recognize the engine from the photos and specs. Or search for "154f engine" or "152f engine" without the brand name because many companies make them, they are Honda clones.

    dear video maker
you know if you get a 28 tooth sprocket you will not have even close to enouph torque to take off even with that dio reed vale and carb also you will only get about half the calculated speed increase trust me I know from experience I got a 36t sprocket and calculated 5-6 mph speed increase I got 3 mph speed increase then I got a 30t sprocket I calculated 12mph speed increase and got about 6-7mph speed increase and when I put the 30 tooth sprocket on it I had to pedal my ass off in order to get the engine started or even to take off after it was already started now I didn’t have a dio reed valve but I did have a regular read valve and a performance carb if I were you I would just invest in a shifter kit it is a little expencive and it is harder to put together then a normal sprocket but it is worth it because when at the lowest gear you can go 50 mph and at the highest gear you will have enough torque to do some big wheelies here is a link to where you can buy a shifter kit off of eBay and if you don’t want to buy it off of eBay just search for “shifter kit” or “shift kit” where ever you buy your parts from
    Shifter kits on eBay

You want a Jackshaft kit? Do not buy Ebay junk buy Sick Bike parts Jackshaft. Been there done that you can get way way more use and speed out of the one gear then you can in the Jackshaft setup. Port work does wonders for a motor. I pull a 28 on one of my bikes and a 26 tooth on the other.

I been doing research and I've come to the conclusion that the CDH is a Zeda clone.
