I really enjoyed this countdown. It was great to see so many fantastic high-end '70s cards in one video. And your No. 1 is fantastic! Thanks for sharing, Chris, and good luck with your collecting goals in 2025.
@jpcards Thanks, I'm glad you enjoyed it. I think Father Time will be good to higher end 70's stars. Still trying to figure out a plan for 2025. I appreciate you watching and hope you'll join me again.
@davidgannon8663 Thanks for watching, and I'm glad you enjoyed it. There was some great baseball in the 70s and 80s, and I think people will continue to appreciate it more as time passes. Sadly, some of those guys have left us too soon.
Great cards, great countdown. Those '62's and '75's are awesome considering those years are very condition sensitive. Sorry we couldnt get together at the Newburgh show but maybe in 2025. When you were in the area, did you happen to make it over to Casey's Dugout which has alot of Mattingly memorabilia in it I'm told?
@diamondgems45 Made it back to Alabama. Wasn't an easy trip, but we're home. Didn't make it to Casey's. Pretty much all family time this visit. We'll catch up soon. Thanks for the comment on the cards. Currently, '75 has been my biggest focus, with '62, '76 and even '84 Donruss getting attention as well. I'll do videos, expanding on all this year.
That is an excellent lineup of beauties Chris... That's my first time ever seeing a copy of your #1 at THAT grade level, wow! You did very well on that trade... I'm hoping to get a Yount and Brett finally sometime in 2025. Enjoyed the video as usual!
@blixcards Thanks! I'd love to have some higher end and older cards, but I try to choose great cards and maximize $$ the best I can. I'll share more details about the trade and how it came about sometime soon. It's a great story, one I don't think I can ever replicate. I hope you get your Yount and Brett this year. I'm currently working on a wishlist for '25. In '24, I kind of flew by the seat of my pants.
@@VintageBaseballCorner I understand how that goes, entirely! I have plans on what to buy but God drops blessings in my lap that are way off my radar pretty often. Still cards on my want lists or amazing copies to grade/sell, but the timing is all over the place. We shall see! I'm looking forward to the story, sounds like a doozie!

Great video, thank you for sharing
@ACollectorsDream Thank you for watching. Glad you enjoyed it. 😀
Love the cards-brings back memories of watching some of those players live in action like Jackson, Seaver, Mattingly, Bench
