I think several scenes showed he knew she loves him. Like this scene where she literaly confess to him and would have let him touch her if he didn't stop himself. It's just he didn't know if she loved TSJ the same or not, that's why he always jealous and insecure. But he pushed her away manytimes because he knew her feelings and didn't want to drag her with him in hell. It's the tragedy of their love. They're soulmates, they love each other but can never confessed it properly and will always doubt of the deepness of the other love.
