Waveshare 2.13inch E-Paper HAT+ and UPS for Pwnagotchi Build

- Quick look at the new Waveshare e-paper HAT+ and UPS. They make a good combination for a Pwnagotchi build. Note that if you are doing it the same way as I did, you will need a minimum 0.75mm spacers to make sure there is enough clearance between the display and Pi Zero 2W.

@PigeonPrint I have not made it available as it is a very tight fit design, and I needed to trim the ribbon cable a bit for clearance. So there is a risk people would damage their displays.
@@rayj1988 Totally understand, thous fpc cable just need to be looked at the wrong way to ruin the screen!
