Hey from Northeast Ontario. Keep the video's coming. Where did you get the new sleeping bags? Looking for an upgrade. I want to make the switch to diesel heating. What brand, BTUs and supplier in Ontario.

Hey! Thanks for watching. The sleeping bags are called Nemo disco 30. I think we got them from altitude sport online when they went on sale. We bought them for our backpacking adventures but love them for winter camping aswell!
The heater is a vevor and my husband ordered it from vevor online. It’s the 8 kilowatt model. Not sure on the BTUs. We have a little video coming next week more on the heater :)

I haven't made the switch over to diesel yet. Still use the Mr Heater Buddy overnight in my hub and when I remember, I bring along the battery powered carbon monoxide detector. Not sure I could sleep with the noise the diesel heater makes...

Thanks again for watching :) Have you ever had issues with the buddy heater? We’re on our second one and it started acting up.
And
We thought the same about the clicking noise but both slept fine.

Just the typical "Can't get the damn thing to light" issue. I cleaned the thermocoupler thingy and pilot light schnozzle with rubbing alcohol on a Q Tip, which fixed it right up. That's the only issue I've had in over 10 years. But yeah, there's folks out there that have had problems with them...
