    Sleep Tech here, the one who puts a bunch of wires on people and tests their sleeping brains for issues that impact their breathing and level of sleepiness! This was very well explained and I loved the part about sleep spindles-- it's why they say to get a good nights' sleep before a test, because you legitimately will retain the information better than cramming all night! Plus the specific waves aren't typically talked about in a lot of sleep videos. I loved this, excellent overview.
    I also loved the part about meditation, some people might find it silly but for me when I took a yoga class in college and learned how to meditate properly my sleep latency (how long it takes to fall asleep) dropped from 2hrs to 15 min! It's not about completely clearing your thoughts-- it's about bringing your mind back to center if it wanders. As someone with ADHD, it was a life changer.
