- This video shows the final battle vs Peony and the secret Galarian Star Tournament ending in Pokémon Sword & Shield Crown Tundra DLC for Nintendo Switch.

It makes sense that Peony comes to the star tournament. Peony is Chairman Rose's younger brother who for most of the time resented him due to being compared to him all the time.
Peony even became Champion but once Rose became Chairman, he disappeared. After Rose is arrested, Peony's chance to return again sorta puts him above his brother.
I wonder if his daughter is in the star tournament.
He was also the steal type gym leader, I think that’s the big reason why he came back

There could be a few reasons as to why peony is here. The most obvious is that he was simply invited due to being a gym leader in his past. The most likely reason he accepted was because his bro was no longer the chairman of the league. Another reason he went is possibly because he wanted his daughter to see cool he was. We have no way to really tell. I’m just glad that the dynamax band on his model wasn’t put to waste.
@Mahin Immadisetti yeah Peony’s brother is Rose. It says so on his special league card and hinted at in a secret cutscene with Oleana
He was a former champion but when rose became chairman he resigned his status and disappeared
I like to think the player invited him and Mustard to the competition

My first time in this, my final battle was Leon and Raihan, with Hop as a team mate. It was so cool to have the two brothers and their own rival to challenge each other
The true final boss battle is Leon and Mustard teaming up they have the highest leveled team.
Yeah, but I managed to slam them shut for the time being.
I had to shut down Mustard's team first to win. It's a very intimidating matchup.

When you complete the story in the Crown Tundra, go in the max lair and start a max raid, then, go out en you should get a phone call from someone wich triggers it!

It’s a shame that the galar star tournament doesn’t switch Pokémon level to 50 like in the battle tower. Seriously, I came in with a team of lvl 100s.
yeah, i just wish that there was a hard mode or somthing in pokemon, because i just one-hit EVERYTHING and it's not very fun ):
@@Palindromeda thats why I prepard a Team of Level 60 Pokémon to go into the dlc with.
By the time I reached the end I was still pretty low on Levels and had a decend Challenge.(is way more enjoyable compared to using my Level 100 legendarys or something.)

So one thing I found interesting was using Pokémon that were counterparts to my partner. my favorite has to be teaming with mustard and having both urshifu styles out at once.

A topic that brings a lot of discussion within the Pokémon universe is about the amount of specimens of mythical and legendary existing. For some there is only one (as in the story mode of the official games of the franchise) while for others there is not (as in the anime it has been seen a few times and as in the games you can have two equal legends fighting in cable link or in the Battle Tower).
In particular, I like to start from the most canonical principle and that is why I consider the information in the games more than in the anime. However, although the majority of these monsters are genderless, it does not mean that they are unique (they can be hermaphrodites), Mew, for example, exists at the same time as Mewtwo, and we know that the second exists only because it was created with fossils from the first. This means that there is more than one Mew. Phione comes from Manaphy, that means that one gives birth to the other in various quantities. The first three Regis had their strongholds in Hoenn and suddenly appear with strongholds in Galar too (in the Crown Tundra), would they be the same as Hoenn?
Anyway, the truth is that the Pokémon Company never took a stand on this (and if it did, I don't know) and it probably never will. It is up to each fan of the franchise to express their opinion on the matter.
In my opinion, some have more than one unit (such as Mew, the time-traveling Celebi, the Deoxys in outer space, the ultra beasts, Cosmog - which evolves in the end to Solgaleo or Lunala, if only one unit existed it would mean that one of these two there would never be - Necrozma and others with an indefinite history in this respect), but some are unique (such as Mewtwo and Arceus, the creator god who is very similar to a lamb of Christianity).
Agreeing or disagreeing with me is entirely possible.

Finish all three mysteries, go to a Max Adventure, then after it, walk out of the Lair and it activates
Fun fact: You can teach Cinderace the move Electro Ball
