I also don’t think it is a good idea to replace Franklins Buffalo with that car because it is a two door, Not a four door. Missions with Franklins Buffalo may have problems.
And as far as I know it is a Dodge Charger not a Mustang

What I’m saying is that he shouldn’t use that car because it is a two door, replace it with whatever even if it isn’t accurate to the real car aslong it is a four door or more, missions are going to break where those vehicles are used if replaced with cars that just have two doors. For example in the first Trevor mission, if you replaced his Bodhi (it has two doors, but it works because the trunk acts as the last two seats) with another car like the Sultan RS, Ruiner, or any two door/two seater vehicle, the mission will be broken because Wade will have nowhere to sit because Ron has already taken a seat. Therefore likely breaking the mission.

This looks amazing but the shameful part for me is I think I've become so spoiled with modern graphics that part of me is thinking it always looked this way. (I haven't played this game in years).
I jumped back the other day on the ol PS4 so I could grind a little for whenever the EG Civic Coupe drip drops and holy hell the performance has only gotten worse. Entire chunks of the city literally freeze the game to render right in front of you. This mod is actually pretty impressive when you compare it to the Expanded and Enhanced port

I tried this mod, it ran like shit, but only because my graphics card came out 5 years ago and thus isn't very powerful. I do like it tho, when I get a new PC, I'm totally playing through the game again with this mod.

Is this bug in the vanilla game?
It's a bug that's been in the game since day 1. You can try to get around it by only using Sharp, Soft, Softer or Softest shadows. AMD CHS and NVIDIA PCSS are the main culprits of it, though up close they're the most realistic.

3070 for it to max all setting and have very little stutters. i would recommend a 3090 tho.
3090 you would get 100fps
3070 is more like 60-70 might drop to the mid 50s
