At least for the 1260, it's 5063-6589.

Replacing the pump seals is a part of routine maintenance or a Preventative Maintenance(PM). Pump seal wear depends on usage, how often the pump is used and what solvents are being used. Agilent recommends replacing the pump seals once a year as a general rule.

Brilliant - thanks so much! I've taken over care of our Agilent GPC system from a former postdoc, and his answer to my question "when did you replace the seals in the last 2 years" was "never". So I guess I'll be buying some new seals!
