And the "toothpick" helps make sure the lashes are separated and not bunched up (end result would look horrible if so). As far as..."What are the liquids?" The liquids are the chemicals used for perming. One is a perm solution, the other is a neutralizer and then a conditioner. She did an amazing job!
Blue liquid... That's it? That's not very specific! Does that mean I can put any blue liquid on my eyes?! Blue Gatorade? Gogoboo? What about toothpaste?

Its not painful at all. Like the idea of these sticky rollers in this video - the salon I went to used glue to affix the lashes to a roller and it was a bit messy to clean up. I had no eye irritation during or afterwards and am really happy with the way my lashes look.
I actually do this procedure to myself. I have long eyelashes but they're not naturally curl. For less than 1 hour chemical perming it saves you hours of curling for up to 3 months, depends on how you take care and maintain your eyelashes. This is ideal for a busy working mom like me who's always on the go. Thanks for this video :)
Ok this is just sketchy... Perming liquid that close to your eyeball = disaster! "Have you or a loved one used permalash and suffered severe injury, vision loss, or even death? If so call this toll free number!"
ive tryed it and when I opened my eye It was a little sting! I had to rise my eyes in the sink. and it does last 3 months but dont rub your eyes when your lashes are dryed they get ugly I recommend clear mascara
I tried this technique during my vacation in Vietnam. It actually worked! I have straight down eyelashes so I was surprised when they were super curly. They last for a long time like 3 months
Tip: Try blow-drying your curler on low heat before curling (like how different hair textures might need different curler temperatures), check the temp on the inside of your arm before curling the lashes, add mascara (like hairspray), and then curl again with a room temperature curler (or the same curler cooled, but you don't want it to melt the mascara). Make sure your lashes are DRY, it doesn't work if you just stepped out of the shower, and if you live in a humid area, try a stiffer mascara:)
Thank ! I lost the instructions but your are very precise. I recommend eye lash perm. Eyelash curler only lash a few hours. For some people doesn't matter how hard they try, there eye lash curler don't help.
This is for people with extremely straight lashes like me. It literally takes me 5 minutes or more everyday just to do my lashes, not my eye makeup, just my lashes. It takes curling and mascara and recurling and over and over just so you can tell that they are there. It just makes it easier to get ready in the morning.
@DubQueensessa these last for 3 months and so thats about 91 days 91x8 then divide that by 60 (to find the number of minutes) thats 12.13 minutes to curl your lashes everyday, or you could do this about 9 minutes, you save around 20 lash curls.
Watching this for the first time is awkward but informative obviously this is a very good technique to curl lashes and that works this video may be new for me but obviously other cultures have been practicing this awhile and its just starting to pop up on the internet showing Us new people this fascinating beauty transformation. Great for someone who wants to give up their eyelash curler a few months i'd say.

I get my eyelashes permed every couple of months and I love it.

I use an eye lash curler then water proof mascara & my lashes stay curled all day. is this extremity really necessary?
