Dear Sir I want to increase the time of om chanting to about one hour. For that I may have to skip other yogic practices like yogic asanas and pranayam is it correct to do so.
Such a long time i m practicing yoga...& had never chanted OM like this! This morning i had chance to sing in the same voice as birds outside singing after rain. Glorious moment. TK Mickael for this delightful jewel of life. Om Namaste. May you be safe happy and well

I aprreciate your nice way of teaching and sharing your knowledge. I learned Hatha yoga and ayurveda in India, and what I learned was that we create with A in the brain area (through Brahma), maintain with U in the heart area (through Vishnu), and distroy with M in the digestive area (where we excrete through Shiva). But you said it the other way around. 🙃🙂
Thank you Elke for your comment. Isn't it interesting to see how in India the same technique can be taught in seemingly contradicting ways in different lineages/ schools ;). However, the important thing with all these practices is Intention. Because with intention one can manifest reality. The intention of a yogi is always to unite his/ her consciousness with the Supreme consciousness/ Totality. So even if the ways of doing these practices can technically be different from lineage to lineage, the goal is the same: we harmonize and open the energy system, we center the awareness and merge our awareness with the supreme Self (a state of Samadhi) . Like that we realize our true nature and liberate ourselves from suffering. Peace, blessings and light, Michaël

(I am from Myanmar). I have money but I cannot pay 😔I hope I can join your practical and insightful as well as beautiful sessions when the situation in my country is getting better.
