Age is just a number. The birds won't discriminate. Keep your loft clean with proper ventilation so it's good for both you and the birds 👍. Thanks for watching Adrian.
Looks like you need to get back in the hobby. Lot’s of beautiful birds to pick from and Birmingham rollers are some of the best to keep 👍 The NBRC welcomes you look for the group on Facebook
You are right! I will def be back one day. Just tough right now with my current living conditions. When I had the Rollers I was actually a member of the NBRC :)
Happy it helped. Imo pretty straightforward but if you have any questions feel free to ask. I would just add a divider down the middle to seperate the males and females in the winter. Or simply seperate 2 diff types of pigeon species etc.
@@NE_Pigeons The channel I have been looking for for a long time, I enjoyed your content a lot, I am still interested in this field of birds and I proudly subscribed to your beautiful channel.
Healthy pigeons can handle cold temperatures. Fanciers like to feed extra corn in the winter to help the birds stay warm. Also make sure there is no drafts of cold air blowing into the loft or near where they perch. In the NE USA here it can get down to the negatives F. The winters tend to vary.
I am an old man with similar interests. Thanks for sharing. Keep up the good work.
