And as for the 5km radius of Jurisdiction for those police officers... they have no power over you unless you are on the protected site itself unless you are committing a crime of some sort.

Although it legal to do I think such auditors are irresponsible. The police and security personnel who protect sites like this have to determin whether your intentions are innocent or hostile. Auditors just muddy the waters for the people protecting us just because they can. These recordings arent particularly interesting nor do they hold much entertainment value. @@gibsonms You'll probably find the complete opposite to be fair, these smaller police forces don't end up on UA-cam all that often because I imagine their officers are more keenly aware or their role, jurisdiction and potential impact on their careers and funding if something was to go wrong or "look bad." My summation: 1. Rightly or wrongly the smaller police forces tend to have more private money pumped into them which means there tends to be an emphasis to maintain 'customer service' more so than regular police who are funded via tax - budget cut isn't going to happen to a county force over a video going viral, for a small port force it likely would if it damages their funders reputation. 2. The areas they look after tend to be protected locations in law with lots of specialist legislation affording far more protection to officers to deal with trespassers or nuisance people - byelaws on ports and mersey tunnels as an example are extremely restrictive if you have a read of them. The cops don't have to exert aggression or misapply general legislation because they know their jurisdictions are extremely well regulated and the law is on their side. 3. Smaller number of officers would likely mean more time, money and effort can be spent on the individual, training them up to be more aware of auditors, customer focus etc. 4. Smaller forces aren't under the same stresses as regular officers so will likely naturally have a more friendly and approachable attitude to the public. That's my take.
That doesn't mean it's council property. Whoever started that myth needs telling. Yellow lines are simply a traffic sign and private organisations paint the same markings on their own property for ease of use, it doesn't in anyway mean one is Council land and one isn't.
