    Here is a simple recipe for Hari Mirch Ka Achar (Green Chili Pickle):
    Ingredients:
    - 250 gm fresh green chilies
    -10-12 Garlic Cloves
    - 1/2 Litre mustard oil
    - 1 cup viniger Optional
    - 1 Spoon Coriander Seeds
    - 1 Spoon Cumin Seeds
    - 1/2 Mustard Seeds
    - 1/2 Spoon fenugreek seeds (methi)
    - 1 Spoon fennel seeds (saunf)
    - 1/4 Nigella Seeds
    - 1/4 Carom Seeds
    - 1/2 Spoon turmeric powder
    - 1/4 Spoon red chili powder
    - Salt, to taste
    Instructions:
    1. Wash and dry the green chilies & Garlic.
    2. Cut off the stems and slice the chilies into 1-inch pieces & Garlic in half.
    3. Heat the pan & Dry Roast all the spices until fragrant.
    4. Let it Cool & Grind Coarsely.
    5. Heat the oil in a pan and bring it to smoke point add green chilli, Garlic, salt , red chilli powder, turmeric powder & Coarsely spices.
    6. Let them sizzle for a few seconds.
    7. Let it cool and store in an airtight jar.
    8. store in refrigerator upto 15-20 days.
