This man deserves so much recognition for what he does. I was so excited I just remember me jumping off my couch screaming. I knew it was going to happen but I was so happy for him. As much as I love AEW this is where he belongs this is his home and the fact he came as American Nightmare makes me even more happy.
I envy people who had a real chock and really didn't know it was going to be Cody. Wish I didn't follow all the rumors and news.

U could've ignored the rumors and news but you chose not too. No disrespect towards U but let's be honest, even WWE during the build-up were giving out blatant clues.. You basically had to not watched any professional wrestling whatsoever and just tuned into Wrestlemania when the start of this match was occurring.

100% agreed. There is too much tribalism in the IWC, and people just need to to sit back and enjoy wrestling. We are in a golden age of wrestling, there is so much accessible content out there that wasn't as easily available 20 years ago.
The amazing thing was that we didn't even knew each other. The 6-8 people we met there at wrestlemania were from different states. We were all having the time of our lives having fun and roasting each other's fav. wrestlers, while many in the crowd were dead. They totally made our wrestlemania saturday worth it🙌🏽

I still think they should of trolled the fans and had Shane McMahons music hit, as everyone boos and is pissed, Shane then can say he is out there to introduce Seth's opponent. Let people think it's Cody again, R truths music then hits and he starts coming out thinking he is Seths opponent but before the match starts Shane stops him and explains that R truth is not Seths opponent. R truth says "Im not? my bad y'all". Then Cody's music hits.

A lot of people knew it was going to be Cody Rhodes. Unlike WWE, AEW doesn't put none compete clauses in their contracts. Which meant the moment Cody's AEW contract was up he was free to join WWE and everyone who was friends with Cody in AEW said he was going to the WWE.
If a contract runs out, there is no 90 day non compete clause. Only if someone gets released/fired
There’s no no compete if a contract has finished, No competes only happen if someone gets fired or released. Cody was working as a free agent during his final appearances for that company and was already having talks with WWE before he left

I seriously don't remember since I bought them with my friend's seatgeek accpunt. I know they were going for like $1k at first, but since floor tickets were lacking. Seatgeek dropped the prices and I belive for two we paid around $150-250 each. So we got lucky on that day😅
