I think CG read "The Art of the Deal," the give a deal that is absurdly overpriced to get you off your game, then come in with a slightly less cost deal that looks like solid gold after you saw the last one.

Great videos as always! I saw the post, and if I could, I would get Tusken, Jawa, and Smuggler packs just to fill out and finish the teams. Just to skip the gearing and relic materials is priceless. I’m at almost 12 million and while I am farming the GL requirement I am gearing up older characters, and the G12 to G13 grind is so painful at times, and relics is so painful at times.
Surprised they haven’t done a slight speedbundle with options where you choose what relic you want the characters at such as all at relic 1,3,or 5 with different price points
Also as an added bonus for some of these toons their zeta ability is at lvl 7 which is given from the bundles so for toons like chieftain, hondo and sana all get free zeta upgrades on at least one ability, there may be others but thats just what I can recall off the top of my head
I would love it if you made a video on zeta priority for the jabba team. Many of us getting this pack dont have the zetas hoarded so knowing what order across the whole team would be a huge help

I'm buying the Jawas for all the reasons you stated. Mine are all below g10 except the Jawa needed for Jabba and CG requires them for GC and other game modes. $10 is worth it.

It should be noted that these LSBs bring all abilities up to Tier 7. In practice, this includes giving some zeta abilities, for those abilities that have zetas at Tier 7 and Omicrons at Tier 8. The value of those zetas should maybe be taken into account?
When are these going to be released? You say today, but I ask because the last ones still haven't come out yet. The absurd ones that cost 60$ for one Relic 1 character
Nice spreadsheets and really fast! Well done! I understand that you explain if the total value of the pack is worth it. But what happens if you already have a few characters of the pack reliced at the same level or above? It could be nice to point out when it stops to become interesting? For instance, the smuggler pack, I'm only missing QiRa, so I won't for sure go for it. But for Aphra, I have one of them at R5 and one at G12, so i'm questionning if $50 is really worth it, given that I have the time and I don't have the zetas!
So even though I just finished getting Sana to R5, I'll still get the Aphra pack cause it will still save me some cash and time in the long run getting the rest of the requirements. Everything else is good for having teams that I can add in while I work on other GLs. I had originally decided on Rey first but thanks to getting Kneesaa to R5 GL Leia will probably be next.
I have been expecting you, mr Awesome. Too late: already went for Hutt Cartel & Tuskens. I used the force and instinct-bought XD Jabba bundle: I already had Bobba, as will anyone that has Executor, and I tend to avoid buying packs I already have parts off, so didn't buy the BH LSB pack earlier, as I already had several at relics/geared. But here, besides Bobba... most of the rest I had at gear 1 lvl1, even if at 7 stars. Tuskens: soon will try their assault battle, as I don't really have Inquisitors either. 1 Tusken is also needed for LV, besides the Uroruuhr for Jabba. Also went from lvl1, gear 1 and even not yet unlocked, to 7-star R5 etc. Full faction for GC indeed; can counter *some* PVP, maybe conquest feats at some point, etc. The Smugglers pack is weird. No young Han (ok, I suppose he was in the Han pack, but that was a joke), and a whole lot of other scoundrel/smugglers in-game not in the pack. I'd have thought Young Han, L337, Young Lando, ... could have been options.
Great video as usual, thanks. Are they just raising the baseline for the game in order to eventually create a reset? I think all these inexpensive, but important, teams allow for an introduction to R10 in the near future and make anything under R5 practically irrelevant. If so, only the best teams and their counters are worth spending relevant material on.
The Tuskens, Jabba and Jawa bundles seem like the best pickups - just to ease annoyance *Maybe* Dash if you can't be assed to grind out the Outrider - though, personally, considering how easy ships are to get (barring the tedious slog of doing so) they're usually the last thing you want to pay money for - seriously, they have no gear - it's just a matter of time unlocking them (especially if they have no pilots) like, unless you want Kira - or Nest (Chewie is just... ... ... sort of *there* ) then it's not really worth the coin

What's your value for the 3 zetas that are included with Alphra lsb? If you have the mats then nothing but otherwise it is thousands of crystals saved per zeta.
depending how much value you give to zetas the aphra bundle Gives you 3 zetas so that's 60 zeta mats saved. at 200 crystal value that's 12k in crystals at 250 it's 15k crystal. I ended up getting kneesa Since i her at the tier she needs 200 kyrso to get to the next lvl
I feel like someone at CG messed up. I just purchased most of the bundles and got 5 Zetas from it. The oversight is likely from the abilities being upgraded to level 7, which for some toons, includes a Zeta. ie. Gam Guard, BT, Hondo, Sana, and Tusken Chieftain. 😂😂
I bought every 3rd or 4th LSB in the game. The only reason for that is I left the for 2.5 years and I only have 1 single GL. My GAC opponents have 4 GL's in average. Next year I am planning to activate 3 more GL's at least and a number of CQ characters. Farming is not dead for me. Also LSB's do not have zetas (except some), omicrons, omegas and mods!
In addition to everything said in this video, value to me is 1) Not having to farm and build crap characters (Jabba) 2) Skipping a 6 month fleet node farm (Dash)

Several characters in the Aphra pack are on Cantina nodes… does this factor in to the signal data cost?
It does not, in the same way that characters on normal nodes don't factor in kyros
