Hello , i just got demonetized . My channel is about clay crunching and the reason for demonetization is sexual gratifying content. Am shocked because there is nothing close to sexual gratifying videos. Now i came on youtube to look for people of my same reasons but i saw none the only reasons are resused content. What kind of appeal will i do now?

it wasnt my main channel demonetised.
never talked about ratings on my other channel that got demonetised.

It just happened to be a topic that came up when they were talking about how ratings work and thr panelists was saying how people are using content claim to say people are reusing content. In other words looking for a reason to say people reused content so they could report it to yt even if it's not reused content

if it is that red strike its a community guideline strike? and those take 90 days to clear! is it red or yellow. if its red you need to wait the 90 days i think. cos monetisation rules says have no comm guideline strikes. i dont know if u want to ig me? and show me screen shot? to understand better? its my same name its on my about us page

Thanks for this. I will use your video as a guideline. My channel got demonetized for reused contents. But in my shorts, I add my own narrative and reviews about the shows that I like. I don't completely copy paste it. So far, I only deleted the copyright video and will wait for another 3 months to apply. If it's still unsuccessful, I will appeal.

Recently I happen to see a fact channel like facts blud where they show satisfying videos and speak facts( AI generated) with auto captions. They had millions of views. I adopted the same method and made videos with satisfying videos but with my own voice over and captions prepared by myself. Today they reviewed and told me my videos are reused content🥴 what do you think. If I go for an appeal, will it work ?

can I ask an important question. In my appeal video I only included my custom URL in the first opening part. That URL takes me directly to my channel. I however didnt include my other channel URL with weird numbers and letters like you did. Is that still fine. I included it all in the description of that appeal video

I own a facts channel (in Malayalam which is my mother tongue). I recently saw other facts channels like brain blud that uses oddly satisfying videos with auto captions and narrating facts using AI. Inspired from this idea, I too started creating facts using satisfying videos from other channels and narrating facts. The voice over was given by myself and captions were added to the video manually as my language does not have auto captions. However, when my channel became eligible for initial benefits like membership and shopping all that, they reviewed and said it’s not elegible as it has reused contents. As far as I know, adding narration’s or commentaries makes the reused content monetisable. Do you think if I go for an appeal, would it be successful. I’m really stressed and worried. Please reply 🥲
