I played on the New Blood Stage at Bloodstock a number of years ago and the same thing happened to me. My guitar cut out during our intro music and I had mere seconds to franticly solve the issue. These things happen and it sucks! Love Sylosis. Such an awesome band.
Waited 10 years to see them in the US and they played this same set except they omitted all the epic songs. Granted they only had probably 30 minutes but still. Makes think they designed the set list based on the bands that were on the bill. Wish I could’ve seen them just be themselves. Even without Josh’s guitar. I wish I could’ve seen this set
As someone who has been a guitar tech in a similar situation this was so stressful to watch. Modern tech is great until this shit happens. Grab a backline head and a cable and get through it.
Seems like they could have solved Josh’s guitar problem with a fucking quarter inch cable. If the wireless pack isn’t working, fuck the wireless and go old school.
That's gotta be a really awful feeling. Him and Bailey trade off quite a bit and Josh plays all of the solos. I think he held it together pretty well considering everything.
Little bit dissapointing to see the band not capable of entertain the public while having tech issues. Then, also dissapoiting to hear those song with the guitar player unable to improvise a little
Let's also remember people are human and one gig doesn't not mean every show it "not good". I've seen them like 5 times in the last few years and they've been stellar ever single time, even this show was great despite the guitar issues. Don't take this one performance as what their shows are now.

Josh maestro. 👌
Finally Josh is having some fun live.. I know he prefers to perform live as vocalist
Josh played the guitar solos that clean without hearing his guitar at all in his monitors 🤘🤯🤘
As an artist .. those technical fuckups SUCK!!! It's reaaaally difficult to stay cool in such a situation! Kudos!
Great gig - shame about the 10 minute guitar issue in the middle, but apart from that it was great!

Without the solos their music sounds even more brutal somehow😀 and Josh's voice sounds a lot better when he focuses solely on the vocals
True, but I hope that doesn't become the norm haha
This is the 3rd recording I've watched of yours. Cheers Kristian, good job mate. 👍🤘🤘🤘
Thanks for posting this!

If only they still used real amps... especially at a UK show.

Josh seems so hopeless without guitar xD

Wow josh really can't sing live, that figures why he didn't do clean vocals much in previous albums
What r u talking about he sounded great!!
