@TheTumbleBeez2423 they have stunt doubles. If they can do a move, the actresses do it so it's less editing for the producers. but most of it are the stunt doubles
@littleweaver86 yeah i know what you mean i am a gymnast now and the feeling you get flying through the air especially on bars is amazing!! but the injuries do suck

i was a gymnast for 8 years :) its a tough sport to grow up on. Love the show!! this is exactly what competing in gymastics is really like.
