- Okay so finally a new video that's not a clips video!!!! Lol so this is a video of the final routines the rock girls do. It also includes some of the drama that happens there too. Lol so I hope you like this video I worked really hard on it so enjoy!!!!

Payson nails a one legged landing. She's living up to her reputation that nothing stops her. She was able to come back after a back injury and she was able land on just one leg.

The funniest is that Payson hurts herself in a simple vault and does a CHENG WITH JUST ONE FEET!!! Something you only see in MIOBI! Hahaha I still miss the show. They should have shown the Olympics.

Payson pulled a Kerri Strug, and Kelly pulled a Svetlana Khorkina and Kaylie is the Yelena Zamolochakova on floor instead of vault!!
It's like a montage of the Magnificent Seven and the Fierce Five. Payson pulls a Kerri and Kaylie pulls an Aly. Both great performances leads the team to Gold.

You guys do realize this is a tv show and they aren't real gymnasts so all your critique is unnecessary. We get it-you're a gymnast or you know a lot about gymnastics but just let us enjoy the freaking video like it's supposed to be enjoyed

first of all are you joking or just that delusional and second how am I being a hater in any way. It's a freaking TV show- a work of fiction. they won gold ON the show.
If this program were real, there would be two blacks, a Hispanic, a Jew and a little white girl standing on that podium instead of five little white girls! Please get a grip! This show was poorly cast from the beginning and does a poor job of showing the life of real gymnasts! These girls have way too much freedom, a poor exercise regime (no muscle tone--you're being paid to look like a gymnast so look like one), the lighting is horrible, etc! I could go on, but you get the picture!
so true & for the many ladies & gentlemen who in the past had their gymnastic dreams of becoming the next Olga , Nadia or Bart to name just three (never to be but childhood dreams that kept us very happy) but please remember one of the stunt doubles real story a certain little lady called Ariana Berlin and many more. Let us live our little dreams again that hurt no one & make us smile

All 3 main girls went through something and pushed through to achieve their dream. Lauren heart condition, Kaylie anorexia, Payson back injury.
If they have gotten to finish the season, then I’m sure Emily‘s pregnancy would’ve been a storyline of her overcoming. Because the actress was on Twitter, talking about fitting into her leotard so I am guessing if they weren’t canceled she she would have resumed her role.

I thought maybe Emily would be watching this on tv with tears in her eyes. They'd probably be tears of both joy and sorrow since she'd be happy that the team won but sad knowing that she could've been part of this, too. But Emily chose to have the baby, not that that's a bad but it was a very difficult decision for her to make. She'd feel bad about aborting her own baby but she also knew that if she had the baby, the pregnancy would cause her to lose her elite gymnast body... PERMANENTLY. Sasha said that elite gymnasts have to keep their bodies artificially small, a pregnancy would change that forever.
Sasha admitted that he didn't want Emily to have the baby because it will end her life as a gymnast. He wanted Emily to compete for gold medals, earn money and scholarships and get her family out of financial trouble they were in but he knew that he couldn't tell Emily what to do because it was her call.
Check out the wiki link below. I don't know where you get your information from, but having a baby in the sport world is not the end of your career. In the past there have been several gymnasts who have competed at AA level after having a child. As for getting a college scholarship, the rule usually is: if a girl has not won any world or Olympic medals, accepted prize money or endorsement, then a university/college can indeed offer her a scholarship based on her state or national standings. This is why I dislike these shows: they support and at times even give out bad information--just to have drama in the characters lives!. Emily could have most likely gotten a full ride to college BECAUSE of her child who would qualify her for WIC, Medicare/Medicaid, housing for parents at university and Pell grant along with student loans. At issue here is putting in the hard work to come back, which is like breaking one's back or leg. I know tons of female athletes who did sports for university after getting pregnant in their teens and they graduated from college! I also know many girls who got abortions. Unfortunately, this being an American program, the producers couldn't allow the characters to use birth control (which is approved by the Olympic committee) or get an abortion which would set off the Christen right! Dramatic effect is one thing, not really showing choices is something else! What I find so stupid is that parents pay $25,000 a year for their child to attend an elite camp to be one of four world or Olympic team members! Parents stop being foolish! Put your child in a good club and save the other $20,000 for college! It's as simple as that!

That is not true. Kyla Ross won a team Gold Medal in London which would have gotten her money from the USOC, she has all won 4 individual world medals and currently competes for UCLA. The athlete is ineligible if they sign with a sports management company. That is why Jordyn Wieber cannot compete for UCLA and is only the team manger.

I don't see what religion has to do with this show at all, but of course people always have to bring Christianity into everything, and try to throw it under the bus literally anytime they could. As if Jewish people or Muslim people are okay with abortions, they are not, but somehow Christianity is the only religion ever mentioned..
I would also love to add that people always seem to forget about Plan B, the pill that can now be bought for like $10 on Amazon and taken within 3 days after sleeping with somebody unprotected... so to be quite honest, it has nothing to do with religion, but there are so many measures you could take nowadays to not get pregnant, from protection, to birth control, to plan B, and if you used all three of those and they all still failed, you are a very veryyyyyy rare case, but many people getting pregnant don't even use one of those. With all of the options we have available, it is just blatant carelessness, irresponsibility, and stupidity if you end up pregnant nowadays and don't want to be.
And not to be the obnoxious girl with all the technicalities, but the lighting would never be dark at World's with a spotlight on the performer. I mean, seriously. Wtf is this, Cirque du Soleil?
Lmao I absolutely love this show!! It's amazing and the skills are pretty on point.. the only problem I have with it is that the beam is huge. i mean-- it's supposed to be 4 inches... and also the lighting is terrible. i dunno if it's just this video but-- wow. they would never have that irl.

at12bmills yeah gymnasts do do two vaults I did two for all of my meets and atbethanywood1544 Emily is not there because her character became pregant it showed up in a drug test for worlds and so her caracter had the baby.

Really Balloons? Confetti & streamers? Ever been to a real worlds? That is strictly for tv folks and to celebrate the end of this made up gym soap opera. Having attended a worlds I know they ban balloons & stuff from a competition site.
Not hating it just confused why they added bad lighting and small arena space like to it. I know its a show - just saying it looks like the arena they practice in with a few added seating options & rented scoreboards.
