The "Give Me An Answer" ministry began as an outgrowth of the dialogues Cliffe Knechtle has had with students on various university campuses throughout the United States. These universities include the University of Maine, Harvard, MIT, University of Florida, University of Texas, University of Wisconsin, University of Minnesota, University of California Los Angeles, University of California San Diego, Berkeley, Stanford, University of Hawaii and the University of Washington. Cliffe spoke on these campuses in front of the Student Union or Library at noon for five to ten minutes. At the close of his initial remarks, he'd open up the time for questions and answers, which usually turned into a two to four hour dialogue with students. His crowd size ranged from 25 - 500 students at a time, and between classes, new students would join the discussion. This is an extremely effective way to reach a large number of university students with the Gospel of Christ.

@thegtrio843 did you have a father? I wasn't raised with my father.. I got to know him as an adult, but I never was tossed up and caught by strong arms.. or at least I don't remember it. So I also had problems trusting God as my father. Would God catch me? I've tried to visualize being held in the arms of God the father as I go to sleep. I vassilate between visualizing the Spirit with me, helping me and supporting me.. and visualizing strong arms holding me.. I've always missed that feeling, and I want it so badly. Just thought I'd share my techniques to "feel" The Father's love that I do.

I suffer from seizures due to a mass in my brain, I used to pray God heal me! Take this from me! Make me strong! It hasn't been his will sofar to heal me but he is teaching me and using my weakness to broadcast his strength! The two most important words in that prayer are "Our Father..."
Because that is how God ultimately wants to relate to you. Not just as Savior; not just as Lord; but as FATHER!

There are whole prayer goes like this. Our father, who aren't in heaven. How would be thy name by Kingdom? Come by will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us a stay our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses. As we forgive those who trust past against us, we're just not into temptation, but delivers from evil for thine. As the Kingdom, the power and the glory forever Amen. When you leave off the last few verses, you take away from God's glory and power and being almighty, being the creator of heaven and Earth, being in charge of everything.

Just sharing you this, as Romans 6:23 says, for the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. God loves you so much that he sent his son Jesus Christ to die on the cross to pay the price of all our sins. After 3 days after he died,he rose up from the dead. He will accept you not matter what you been through or have done. Accept the lord Jesus Christ as you lord and savior and ask forgiveness of all your sins to be saved from sin and have eternal life and not go to hell Jesus is our only hope for salvation and the if you don’t accept him you will not heaven and you will go to hell if you don’t accept Jesus

John 12:49-50 For I did not speak on my own, but the Father who sent me commanded me to say all that I have spoken. I know that his command leads to eternal life, so whatever I say is just what the Father has told me to say.

There are many people, even those who say they are Christians, who don't really believe that hell exists. If this is you, there is a philosophical reason as to why you should believe hell is real. If hell is real and if you do not believe what Jesus taught, on your judgment day you will lose everything. But, if hell does not exist, you will lose nothing. Instead, you will have simply lived a better life. Therefore, if you believe there is even the slightest chance the teachings of Jesus are true, would it not be wise to listen to him?
Do I know if I am going to heaven? No, I do not. I believe it is impossible for anyone to know until they are there. But, one thing I do know is that one cannot expect to go to heaven if they willfully sin. This is what Jesus taught. The following scriptures prove this beyond any doubt. You cannot willfully sin and expect to go to heaven. This is the truth. Read and see for yourself.

If you spend more time entertaining yourself than communing with God, are you obeying this commandment?
If you are not obeying the first and greatest commandment, should you really expect God to lead you to perfection?

Psalm 119:1-8
Blessed are those whose ways are blameless, who walk according to the law of the Lord.
Blessed are those who keep his statutes and seek him with all their heart.
They do no wrong but follow his ways.
You have laid down precepts that are to be fully obeyed.
Oh, that my ways were steadfast in obeying your decrees.
Then I would not be put to shame when I consider all your commands.
I will praise you with an upright heart as I learn your righteous laws.
I will obey your decrees; do not utterly forsake me.
v.
Jesus taught love, forgiveness, charity and morality, all of which come from our heart, and it is our heart that will lead us to everlasting life. Listen to your heart as you read the rest.
John 16:12-16 I have much more to say to you, more than you can now bear. But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all the truth. He will not speak on his own; he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come. He will glorify me because it is from me that he will receive what he will make known to you. All that belongs to the Father is mine. That is why I said the Spirit will receive from me what he will make known to you.

Revelation 20:15 Anyone whose name was not found written in the Book of Life was thrown into the lake of fire.
Is it possible for your name to be in the Book of Life if you are a Destroyer of Life?
Revelation 11:18 The time has come for judging the dead and for rewarding your servants the prophets and your people who revere your name, both great and small, and for destroying those who destroy the earth.
If you destroy God's creation, then God says he will destroy you. Animals are one of God's most precious creations on this earth.
Matthew 18:3 Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the Kingdom of Heaven.
Little children love and adore animals. A young child would never knowingly harm an animal, for their hearts are pure and innocent.
Revelation 2:4-5 You have forsaken the love you had at first. Consider how far you have fallen! Repent and do the things you did at first. If you do not repent, I will come to you and remove your lampstand from its place.
The love you had at first is the love you had as a little child.
Isaiah 11:6-9 The wolf will live with the lamb. The leopard will lie down with the goat, the calf, the lion and the yearling, and a little child will lead them. The cow will feed with the bear, their young will lie down together, and the lion will eat straw like the ox. The infant will play near the cobra’s den, and the young child will put its hand into the viper’s nest. They will neither harm nor destroy on all my holy mountain, for the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the Lord as the waters cover the sea.

Matthew 13:10-13 The disciples came to him and asked, "Why do you speak to the people in parables?" He replied, "Because the knowledge of the secrets of the kingdom of heaven has been given to you, but not to them. Whoever has will be given more, and they will have an abundance. Whoever does not have, even what they have will be taken from them. This is why I speak to them in parables: Though seeing, they do not see; though hearing, they do not hear or understand."
Revelation 1:3 Blessed is the one who reads aloud the words of this prophecy, and blessed are those who hear it and take to heart what is written in it, because the time is near.
Revelation 2:14 Nevertheless, I have a few things against you. There are some among you who hold to the teaching of Balaam, who taught Balak to entice the Israelites to sin so that they (1) ate food sacrificed to idols and (2) committed sexual immorality.
Revelation 2:20 Nevertheless, I have this against you: You tolerate that woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophet. By her teaching she misleads my servants into (2) sexual immorality and the (1) eating of food sacrificed to idols.
Observe, the order of these two sins has been reversed.
Sexual immorality is everywhere in today's society, but the sacrificing of animals to idols is virtually non-existent. So, why would Jesus warn about the eating of food sacrificed to idols in an end-times prophecy? What does this mean? And, why did Jesus say eating of food sacrificed to idols instead of eating of animals sacrificed to idols?
The reason the Lord said eating of food sacrificed to idols instead of eating of animals sacrificed to idols is because he is intentionally being obscure. The phrase "food sacrificed to idols" means "animals," for only an animal can be sacrificed. Replacing the phrase "food sacrificed to idols" with "animals" within the phrase EATING OF "food sacrificed to idols" yields EATING OF ANIMALS.
Later in Revelation, the Lord warns again of these two sins, except this time he replaces the sin of "eating of food sacrificed to idols" with the sin of "murder." Observe, there is no mention of "eating of food sacrificed to idols" in the next two scriptures.
Revelation 21:8 But the cowardly, the unbelieving, the vile, (1) the murderers, (2) the sexually immoral, those who practice magic arts, the idolaters and all liars, they will be consigned to the fiery lake of burning sulfur. This is the second death.
Revelation 22:15 Outside are the dogs, those who practice magic arts, (2) the sexually immoral, (1) the murderers, the idolaters and everyone who loves and practices falsehood.
Observe, the order of these two sins has been reversed again.
Observe, the order of these two sins in Revelation 2:14 lines up with 21:8, and Revelation 2:20 lines up with 22:15.
Do you see? Jesus is telling you that if you eat animals, you are a murderer.
Matthew 13:13-15 This is why I speak to them in parables: Though seeing, they do not see; though hearing, they do not hear or understand. In them is fulfilled the prophecy of Isaiah: You will be ever hearing but never understanding; you will be ever seeing but never perceiving. For this people’s heart has become calloused, they hardly hear with their ears, and they have closed their eyes. Otherwise they might see with their eyes, hear with their ears, understand with their hearts and turn, and I would heal them.

Lust is the root cause of all sexual immorality.
Matthew 5:27-30 You have heard that it was said, "You shall not commit adultery." But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart. If your right eye causes you to stumble, gouge it out and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one part of your body than for your whole body to be thrown into hell. And if your right hand causes you to stumble, cut it off and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one part of your body than for your whole body to go into hell.
Jesus is precise in this warning; no discernment is required to understand this teaching. If you are unable to deny your lust, you will not be allowed into heaven. If you have attempted to overcome your lust, but have found it impossible to do so, there is a specific reason as to why you cannot. You must first stop committing an even worse sin, the sin of eating animals.
If you continue to eat animals, you will not be able to deny the power of lust, for these two sins are yoked together, which is why Jesus warns of them together. This is not to say if you stop eating animals, you will no longer lust. But, if you truly have the desire to conquer your lust, then you must first stop eating animals.
If you decide to stop eating animals, so that you may begin the process of denying your lust, there is one other thing you must know if you are to be successful. Most Christians believe it is permissible to lust after their spouse. This is false, for lust is lust regardless of marital status. The adultery one commits when they have lustful thoughts is not against their spouse, it is against God. Lustful thoughts are impure thoughts, regardless of who one lusts after

1 Timothy 4:1-5 The spirit clearly says that in later times some will abandon the faith and follow deceiving spirits and things taught by demons. Maybe you have the wrong idea of what prayer is in how it should be done. There are over 500 verses in the Bible concerning prayer. Jesus tells us to pray, the apostle Paul prayed many times. Prayer is not to just give a list of requests to God that we might get things. Prayer is a communication with our Father in heaven and is to work in us to change us, not to change God.

Love you Cliff but you missed this one totally. Jesus is teaching his disciples, the Jews to pray for their Kingdom on earth. And we don't get our forgiveness from forgiving others. Our forgiveness, our salvation as you know, comes from believing and putting our trust in the fact that Jesus died on the cross, shed his blood, was buried and rose from the dead. And nothing else. That is the gospel. Matthew chapter 6 is not a prayer for believers today in the body of Christ.

Amen, I had a dream about you a couple days ago, that you came to Russia and you preached and I was helping you, and you just turn towards me and say: study English in biblical areas, you’ll need it. And I thought: oh alright but I think I speak and understand pretty well, and you’ve suddenly started speaking with people at the table and I couldn’t understand a word, so I got up to help women with the cleaning and got to thinking that yeah I do not understand a thing do I got get to work :) so God bless you, I love you and I pray for you that you live a long life cuz there’s a lot of things I gotta learn from you how to preach to those who don’t know Jesus yet 🤍
