- Hey y'all, here's my tutorial for how to do a cart full or cartwheel 360. This is a movement in tricking that combines the basic tricker's cartwheel with a front flip 360 - or front full. In this video, I break down the tricking cartwheel vs. the gymnastics cartwheel, show some basic progressions, and then analyze the cart full. Stay flippin' awesome.

Also there is the thing that saved my cartfull. I was able to do hyper full but double was too far. Try to do this way: when u're landing ur first leg on cartwheel make sure ur hands aren't touching the ground ( pull 'em to the core). It's like giving an extra power for both jump and twist.
Your cart full is awesome, you should go for a wrap full.

Thanks for the love! I'd definitely recommend starting off with your basic movements such as cartwheels, roundoffs, handstands, and front/back handsprings. I'd recommend these first because they can teach you technique and get you comfortable with being upside-down and flexible. After learning a few of these moves, I'd say you could move on to moves like the webster, front flip, back flip, and side flip!

Nice tutorial! The thing is I spin towards my left shoulder and my cartwheel starts with my right hand. So now I'm practicing cartwheels the other way. My goal is to get cart dub since I'm doing them so easy on airtrack. Keep up with this work. :)

@@dominicdibenedetto6558 I know, but If I do my cartwheel the right way I have to twist my opposite way. I think it is easier to learn the cartwheel the opposite way then learn how to front half wrong way.
I have a problem with the twisting direction and the cartwheel direction because they don‘t Match so I asked me what should I change so they match

I can’t get pass the part where you jump for some reason when I get to the part when you jump I can’t do it it’s so weird any tips?
Really focus on that rebound out of the cartwheel! You'll have to practice whipping your legs towards the ground in front of your body and using your toes to spring up.

I akways do my cartwheels with my non-dominant leg in front. But my sideflip I can only do well with my dominant leg in front. So i can't combo those two
Also if i started with my dominant right leg in front i would have to twist right. But I always twist left

i did a front flip at the cost of my butt. now ill learn a backflip and come back to this when butt dosent hurt anymore. maybe a month. a need a pad or smth. fron flip on grass is such a pain. worth it though.

Practically! The front flip already requires you to twist, so adding 180 to the front flip will complete a 360 twist!
