I've been working on a custom recipe using cocoa powder (15 calories teaspoon) & Monkfruit sugar which is 0 everything and tastes, cooks, and is IDENTICAL to real sugar. I absolutely do use salt in my coffee. I use 1/2 tsp of Himalayan pink salt in a large mug. I won't drink coffee any other way and it's delicious!!☕️ Good luck with your move🤩

I was into it until the oat milk part.. it’s full of seed oils and will mess up your gut so bad
