i'm in the gym 3 days a week, bustin my butt. I get it in. and I have seen and felt the results after several weeks. I gained muscle weight and last fat. I feel great. I still have a more things I want to achieve , I am not done.
Work legs for like three months straight three to four times a week so they can catch up with your upper body. I saw Jim legs and thought I was trippin.

hey Mike I just recently prescribed to you UA-cam channel I've been watching you for a little while recently start of training weights I have trained before in the past I admire your philosophy I am retired worker that that always fought for social justice I saw one of your videos that I particularly like about working out for strength and longevity because I am in a part of my life that I want to focus on gravity and being healthy I want to stray for a lot of years it caused me to get diabetes and high blood pressure but I decided that that's not what I want for the rest of my life what was important to me was to get out of my meds I have succeeded in doing so it's nice that you speak on those things life is precious thank you for doing that peace unto you my brother keep up the good work!!!!
