The finishing touches. Now onto the furnishings and moving in! Can’t wait to see the finished home tour and the results of your hard work. It will be so worth it. Your kids will be so proud of their house their Dad built.

You go Joel! Finish that house and hit the road. Take your family on a breather. You all need it! ❤
The best way for us supporters to help is by watching their older videos and liking them. ❤

Joel, I Love that the tiniest details matter to you! I get called OCD all the time because I'm just like you with everything I do. Being detailed is a Blessing that my Daddy taught me all my growing up years and I'm SO Thankful he did!!

I’m currently visiting my daughter and my husband is home, several states away. We usually watch your videos together, we love seeing the progress in your home. I was going to wait to watch but then decided I can watch again, your videos are just that great!
We both love the tips and the great work you do. You’re good at explaining things so well. You’re a great teacher Joel. I love seeing the sneak peek at the room behind you. So beautiful!

You are getting so close to finishing the house. Please give us tour through the house once it’s done. I’m really looking forward to seeing the finished house. I have followed the whole building process and am excited to see how it looks. My heart is breaking for your family and I know you don’t feel like making videos at present but I hope you can manage to do a quick walk through. 😊

You should be using a telescope collar. if the duct is 12x4 the collar should be 12 1/4 x4 1/4 id with a 5/8 flange out 4" long than the register will screw in to the flange. the telescope should be silver taped to the duct. you will have massive air leakage the way you are doing it. I have 35 years as a union sheet metal worker.
